Hello. I'm a middle aged guy. My goals are to get
  • weight from 270 to below 205 (I'm 6'3")
  • A1C from 5.6 to below 5.3
  • LDL and ALT to within normal range

I started with 2.5mg of tirzepatide from Nexaph for two weeks. I felt little for the first week, but big appetite suppression the next week.

I then switched to retatrutide 2mg, also from Nexaph. I'm almost a week in. I have less appetite suppression than on tirz, but I think I feel better.

So far, I love these drugs. Overeating has made me feel sick and tired for most of my life. Finally I can limit it.

Welcome, glad to hear you're having success so far!

I am also early in my journey with reta, 2mg same as you, and it really feels like a gamechaner. Not overeating has been a struggle for me my whole life, and it feels so freeing to not have to expend all that energy to tell my body "no" 24/7. It's so exciting! Hope you continue to have great success.

What is the biggest difference youve noticed since switching
