Total weight lost -12.6 kg / 27.8 lbs

Waist reduction -13cm/ 5.1 inches

Psychologically I still feel like it's not enough and I'm nowhere near where I want to be. Must be perfectionism and the mind playing tricks on me. We carry on

Current weight: 65.6 kg / 144.6 lbs
Height: 178cm/ 5' 10"

Doing 5mg of reta weekly at the moment. Gastric sides mostly gone, apart from some nausea but I'm starting to implement ginger to combat this.

Increases growth hormone release to target abdominal fat and raise testosterone as well. Used safely for years with HIV pts who develop lipid dystrophy with accumulation of fat around the abdomen. Only used in cycles of about eight weeks at a time with about 8 weeks off. Can cause some water retention while on a cycle but after stopping the water weight goes away and you’re ripped in the abs….so they say.

Impressive! Great job. So it does work. Switched from triz to ret and became scared bc I can eat. So sides. And hunger. Did the hunger ever go away? If so when? I do not like being hungry.

How long have you been on Reta and what's your dose? Hunger dampening is how Tirz works, it's one of the smaller ways Reta works and typically comes as the dose increases.
 
Just shy of 3wks.. however.. (pls don’t judge) my friend decided to have it reconstituted on my behalf, *insert eye roll. Without telling me the MG. I measured the ml after and guessing the mg from grey market price points with middle man margin. Being on Triz for 12m at 15mg for 4wks. Friend said 1/2 unit. Obviously that’s typical thought process with someone not fluent in this. Because what he meant was 5units. I know the starting point for ppl is .25-.5 but that’s not where I should be. So assuming it began at 10mg. 2.225ml reconstituted vol. so let’s call it 2ml for easy math. I followed instructions to avoid any gum bumping. Day one 5units. Nothing. Starving. Day 2 female testosterone kicked in (hunger increase) and I would’ve eaten Chinese Buffet food off of an airport bathroom floor. So 10units added on day 2. Nothing. Day 5 which is when he told me to dose again if my stomach could take it and do 10. But obviously I’m different and lack solid mg info. So I’m operating blindly. But day 5 i decided 15 is fine. Day 6 nothing. Added 10units. And boom. There is way on day 7. Slight tummy issues, trouble sleeping, T shot hunger semi faded then PMS hunger came. Day 11 25units. But still can eat and still hungry lots food noise. Starting that I was 154. At day 12 weighed 159!!! But pms ya know?? So today is dose day. Scale says 155- and I’m thinking 35unit apx 3.5mg if my educated guess is correct. And it def real. So that’s not a factor. But Triz and ret amp up appetite suppression is not equal beginning RET.
TLDR.
Day 1 .5mg (nothing) Due for 15mg/but switched to RET
Day 2 1mg (nothing but understanding T is in play)
Day 5 1.5mg (nothing)
Day 6 1mg (nothing but understanding pms hunger present)
Day 11 2.5mg (slight sides minimal GI, noticeable insomnia, AM Headaches) (finally something but not optimal from appetite standpoint)
Day 16 ? Still deciding. Maybe 3.5? Maybe 4?
-now all this guessing is based on my assumption of starting vial 10mg (could be 5mg but I doubt it.. educated guess Based on reconstituted vol 2ml. Dosing schedule of 5days if GI is tolerated if not then 7) and Grey/reseller who’s reputable but my friend is the degree of separation and info block. Because he doesn’t support (my weight loss particularly, thinks it’s the easy way, and assumes my ideology is extreme. However, I’ve been clinically tracked by medical professionals for a year. So I’m fine.
 
Trying for single digit body fat with no muscle? For what reason? If you are looking for signs of body dysmorphia this is your sign.

I just want to point out that photos like this are very deceiving because they don't tell you how much water weight they are carrying. Looking at just the 2 photos of that guy with the shoulder tats .. the difference is NOT body fat .. its water. He is NOT fatter in the lower photo he has the same body fat percentage in those 2 shots. Those photos were probably taken just a week apart.

Please don't fall victim to male body dysmorphia and end up hurting yourself. Being too thin is far more dangerous than being obese. And please don't take this as me criticizing you or anything. This is genuine concern.

2. You're judging a strangers physique in a bad lighting, no pump and barely flexing.

Are you sure I'm the one having "body dysmorphia"?

Thanks! I felt hunger and craving suppression right away but it does not shut down hunger completely, I'm just not desperate for food on a pretty low calorie intake. Naturally I would be struggling very much at my current protocol

First of all .. I don't need anyone to hold my hand little boy, if I did it sure as heck wouldn't be yours. Secondly you are wrong. In order to look like that top set of photos bodybuilders go through a whole regiment of dehydration. They speak of it all very openly. The popping veins is a key piece of evidence.

Furthermore your source of all those photos is rippedbody.com. They are trying to sell you a product. But you know what .. I don't care. You want to torture yourself and damage your health trying to achieve a look that you have been lied to about .. go ahead.
 
1600 ish calories daily average, 3x full body workouts per week
In those calories, are you getting your recommended protein in take?

If you could elaborate on the kinds of work outs you're doing as to be able to offer you the best advice.
