Hi everyone,
just wanted to share my Reta journey so far.
new to GLP's, started taking 2mg per week split to 2 1mg doses, started feeling the effects straight away and was honestly shocked, appetite suppression was crazy, i was actually having a hard time eating, weight started to drop really fast to a point i started to feel that it is too quick, and i also started to feel a bit of the side effects, mainly disgusting hiccups and nausea when i tried to force myself to eat so after 1.5 weeks i waited a week and the side effects went away and i started back with 1mg per week split to 2 0.5mg doses.
had my third 0.5mg dose on Monday, now the weight stopped dropping and my appetite is almost fully back, thinking for the next dose on Friday to go back up to 0.75mg twice a week and see how it feels.

dropped until now around 4kg. most of it in the first 2 weeks, from the beginning my goal was to drop around 7-8kg so half way there, hoping to be done in a month.
overall i am very satisfied, works better than i imagined, needed to start slower but adjusting and seeing how it goes.

Congrats! 4kg in 3.5 weeks is awesome!
I'm also 3.5 weeks on reta
w1: 1mg
w2: 2m
w3: 3m

I haven't felt much and i haven't lost any weight. I've had increased energy and very mild appetite suppression, i'm starting to get frustrated because everyone is having such amazing results early on.
On sunday I'm taking 4mg which will finish off the vial. I got my next batch from a different supplier so I'm eager to see if it's the product or I'm just a slow responder

You shouldn't do it like that. You should have started at an higher dose and let it build up in blood serum.
If it's your first GLP and you feel nothing at 3 mg I guess you are injecting water. You should test your vials.

I feel something, I'm just not getting the results that everyone else is getting. I started low because it's my first GLP and I wanted to ease into it.
I brought it as one vial from peptilab, my 2nd order is grey. i suspect that maybe the vial was under-filled or I'm just a low responder, i'm pretty tall. I guess i'll find out in 2 weeks!

Let us know. When I upped my reta from 1 mg to 2.5 mg I felt it immediately, same day. Heart beat raised, no hunger, very thirsty. Lost 3 pounds in that week

Y'all need to be more patient with Reta. It's probably not that you're a slow responder or that you have a bad product... you're just being impatient!

Try not to focus on the other people's "success" with it. Everyone responds differently. Just because you've taken 1mg per week for three weeks and haven't dropped 10 lbs doesn't mean it's not working! It just means you had expectations that were unrealistic. Have faith in the process and keep on going.

Maybe don't adjust your dose from week to week, as you will never have a stable blood serum levels when constantly bouncing around. You may need more than 4mg for it to work. And that's okay!

In my own experience switching from tirz to Reta, I started Reta while lowering tirz, so I did stack for a month or two. When I started running Reta solo, it took a little over two months of before the Reta "took" and started to feel like it was working. For me that was at about 8mg. I lost the majority of my weight from tirz and never got above 5mg/week. So it seems I responded quicker to tirz than Reta, but in my opinion, Reta "feelz" better. I've been taking Reta for almost eight months now and settled on a maintenance dose.

Just my 2¢
