So I accidentally left the fridge cracked last night and found out about it this morning. I have 1 reconstituted vial of Reta and 1 not reconstituted and also my BAC water in there. Question is , will it still be good to go ? It wasn’t hot but yet it wasn’t cold. Will it still be good? I left it in the fridge to cool down again.

I got back Monday from traveling with an unrefrigerated vial of Reta, two doses plus a little extra. Took the two doses, discarded the extra, came back 5lb lighter than when I left.

The fridge being open overnight doesn't practically matter. I wouldn't want to make it a habit with a new vial that's going to last 2-3 months.

You're fine. weeks at room temp, maybe not great - but a single night is making no difference. I've straight up left mine on the counter overnight, and it was totally fine.

Should be good. Ideally a temperature between 2° and 8° is preferred for most injectables for stability and less fluctuations. You can get portable fridge thermometers for cheap off of Amazon.

Also, keep it in the fridge itself, not in the door where temperatures fluctuate more, especially if keeping it longer term.

This isn't as bad as leaving your garage beer fridge cracked open a little in August here. 😁
