Hey everyone, glad to be here.
I’m 37, spent most of my career in fintech and other startups. Long hours behind a screen plus stress eating have pushed my body‑fat higher than I’d like. Labs are creeping up, fasting glucose around 103 mg/dL, HbA1c 5.4 %. Time to act.
After years of yo‑yo dieting (keto, IF, you name it) I’ve started tirz at 1 mg every 3 days. Two weeks in: about three pounds down and noticeably smaller appetite, with only mild nausea on day two.
