What up gang? Lurked on and off for a bit, figured I'd make it official and join the ranks.

I'm Johnny, I've been training/dieting/etc. for about a decade or so, had a modicum of success doing so depending on life stages. I'm one of those guys that has to understand and know what I'm doing before I start doing it, so Im always reading or listening to something new to try and find an answer to a question or problem I have, or just to glean more knowledge.

I was a fat kid growing up, got a gym membership in my early 20's and lost just shy of 100lbs naturally, and discovered genetics werent going to let certain parts of my physique grow past a certain point, eventually ended up in the dark and dusty corners of the net reading and learning about AAS and PEDs. Peptides were a newer thing and not much discussed, and still not as much in those circles. GLP-1s specifically interest me, as my life changes push me in different directions. AAS are not really the move for me these days, as im not training as much as I used to and honestly have put on almost as much muscle tissue as I'll really want to(Im 6'0 and LBM is around 215-220lbs) - Clothes are already too expensive LOL

These days are an unknown season for me, I just opened my thirties with a roar and decided I needed a college degree after all, so Ive been working 2 jobs most of the last year and a half with a full time courseload, so im not exercising as much as I used to, still meal prepping and getting a couple workouts in a week, and age has also brought me new challenges (Low T, Hypothyroid, the usual) and I doubt im in the minority with how I feel about dealing with Dr's, specialists, insurance companies, employers, 3-letter agencies...F em. This lead me into reading and learning more and more how I can optimize my own health and wellness and I really do believe GH and peptides are the future of the human race. And it certainly cant be said for most of the AAS community, but I did get lucky and land amongst a group of guys that stressed safety, precautions, positive health choices, bloodwork, to me there isnt a huge point in doing all of this if you aren't going to do it smart - the whole point is to live longer and better, right? I'm definitely interested in some opportunities to get in on GB's and get supps, but I definitely want to learn more about protocols, testing, best practices, etc.

I'm a busy guy and admittedly not the most knowledgeable yet about Peptides or GLPs so ill definitely be doing more reading and occasionally asking than posting, but hoping to have something to add to discourse where I can. I let it expire bc CEUs are a joke, but once upon a lifetime I was an ISSA CPT and have trained and coached clients both privately and in a corporate setting, theres just not a lot of money in that industry for most.

Excited to get to know you guys, thanks for having me!

Welcome! 100lbs naturally must have been a task
It was! I went from 330-235~ over about 11 months. felt like a different person. Unfortunately I have spent the last several years yo-yo'ing. In a relationship, gained it back, single again -> drop 60lbs, next relationship, gained it all back - > now between work and school im just holding the line. Ive experimented with lots of stuff but figured this is a great time to test GLP-1's on my...'research project'

Lmao, I guess it feels less "grey" referring to ourselves in the third person, huh?
HAHA, Ive experienced the whole spectrum of different rulesets over the years. I'm pretty honest about it IRL but in these spaces I just wanna make sure im following the rules/adding that layer of separation. Internet never forgets anything.

I was in one group where everyone had to refer to themselves as 'my lab rat' lol.

'My lab rat isnt responding to 10mg tada, should I up the dose to X?'

I guess I understand the need for code words to an extent. Maybe the site just needs a big disclaimer at the top of the page that reads "ALL CONTENT ON THIS WEBSITE IS FICTION".
