Yes, it was more like a brown thing. They took care of it eventually though.

I don't know that I would recommend that. "ULTRA CLEAN"?? It could be tap water from Flint or Beijing for all you know. Check with Underground Supply (He sells the real Hospira.) or some of the other pen vendors.
