Semax vs Adamax vs P021
these seem to be the big heavy hitters. I am curious if anyone has actually tried all three and could share their various experiences.

Semax has a lot of russian based research, and a long history of use. Its safety profile seems ok.

Adamax, I couldnt find any research on this at all. Basically it is all theoretical. “Should be stronger,” “Should bemore bioavailable,” “Should provide better blood-brain barrier penetration”. Nothing that has been proven clinically in human or animals. Would love to be proven wrong here.

P021 has a mouse study. It increased markers such as BDNF and reduced some Alzheimer markers. I guess that is something, but nothing in humans.

Im looking for qualitative stories, because the price difference is substantial.

If you haven't tried any of them and no one is responding, yet, I would recommend you take the most studied product; semax.

A few anecdotal reports on these forums, there are mixed reviews - a few said semax is too strong for them in terms of energy. They get the jitters, they sweat profusely throughout the day, anxiety gets worse. And others say nothing happens or they don't feel any difference after taking it.

I know there is the intranasal and injection way - there are pros/cons for both.

Semax is the cheapest one out of the 3, is the most consistently studied and researched, mixed reviews, so why not try it out yourself and see what happens? 🙂

I've done multiple cycles of Semax, NA, Semax and Adamax and just started P21 a week ago. Start with Semax first, like suggested above and see how you respond. Those three are all Semax based, where P21 is a different animal. It's related to Cerebrolysin (an amino group subset) and is used to rebuild brain signalling pathways by stimulating neurogenesis and to increase cognitive ability. Both real Adamax and P21 have an Adamantane group attached and need to have it for increased bioavailability and duration. P21 without Adamantane is sludge, a technical term, but it is available from vendors.

interesting
so none of the vendors are selling P21 that will be bioavailable? or did I misunderstand that

and could you tell the difference between Semax, NA, Semax and Adamax?

Most vendors sell P21 and some sell P21 with Adamantane. P21 without Adamantane is useless. It won't penetrate the BBB and most of it will be destroyed my enzymatic action even if used IN. The difference is between $80 and $300 a kit because it's more expensive to produce with Adamantane.

Yes, I can tell the difference between all the Semax version. Regular lasts 2-3 hours, NA lasts 3-5 hours and Adamax lasts 8-10 hours. I like to use the base and NA versions at 1 mg via IN and Adamax 300-500 mcg via SQ.

Ada (subQ) gave me very vivid dreams & sharp memory. I ended up nailing all of my schoolwork.

If you're not in school or prepping for a licensing exam etc. I don't see the point of semax v ada IMO the promises of long-term structural brain benefits isn't convincing to me. p21 I haven't look into it since it's so cost prohibitive for me and was thinking of trying cerebrolysin (not the name brand the protein mix ofc) since it's cheaper as a trial run.

I think the first question you need to ask yourself is what are your goals? What is your current brain/mental situation you're trying to address?

I bought a kit of P-21 from Uther for $240. It doesn't mention Adamantane and the test report just says P-21. Hmmm.

My understanding is that Jano will only list it as P-21 if it has the adamante group on it. I believe he will show “not P21” or something like that on the COA if it doesn’t have adamante because it has a different molecular weight without it and he doesn’t consider it to be P21 if it isn’t the right MW/doesn’t have the adamante group.

I haven't run IN with Adamax yet. As I'm a good responder to Semax, I would think the immediate onset would be like riding a rocket for me. It intensifies much quicker. I use it for concentration and focus for work and SQ works well for that. Some RSs do use it via IN, and I may try it next cycle at 200-250 mcg.

I got nothing on out of semax or adamax, tbh form what I'm reading adamax is a real mixed bag, and for that price is it really worth trying . I just can't help myself, which I could with this one. 🤔 p21 sitting in my freezer for a run after Pinealon. And yes what the other said, if Jano marks as p21, it should mean it's the correct weight.
