Shotsy App help for NAD+ levels.

I’m using NAD+ and the Shotsy app needs information to track my levels. It has a manual fillin part where it needs the following information.

PHARMACOKINETICS
Optional. Add half-life, time to peak, and bioavailability to enable estimated levels charts.

Half-life	e.g. 144 hrs
Time to peak	e.g. 24 hrs
Bioavailability	e.g. 80 %

Where do I find this information? I’d like to track it.
