I have had insulin resistance problems in the past and I’m currently on retatrutide. I want to incorporate HGH but the problem is it can exacerbate insulin resistance and even cause type 2 diabetes for those prone to it (such as myself, family history). My precursor to insulin resistance has been acanthosis nigricans (velvety dark skin) around my neck and groin.

Should I take Jardiance or a similar medication in combination with HGH to combat insulin resistance?

Reta is great for insuline resistance, and you already use that.
If anything, I would use Metformin. But you may not need it.

I ordered Jardiance from India about a week ago after doing a ton of research. It carries the possibility of yeast infections, but otherwise has fewer sides than Metformin, which destroys my intestines. Jardiance has better anti-aging benefits, is kinder on your liver and improves kidney function. So if you are consuming a lot of Whey Protein it’s a good idea.

Also, Glutathione can help with acanthosis nigricans.

Topical or injection glutathione?

Having taken everything mentioned here, I would be more aggressive with reta, more than anything else.

GLPs like reta are not only more effective but quicker.

You can take both Jardiance and metformin, but many people try to avoid polypharmacy.

But I can't imagine taking metformin since I already get diarrhea with too much GLP.
