I've been taking ZepBound for 6 weeks. I definitely got side effects, but not enough to ruin my day. Question, yesterday I took my 5mg dose and have felt absolutely no side effects. I'm delighted. Does this sometimes happen? ie) All the sudden your body get's use to it, and side effects vanish.

This is not uncommon. Many people feel little or no side-effects the entire time, while others won't start feeling them until they reach higher doses. Some get a gut punch with every dose lol. It can also vary from dose-to-dose which a lot of people don't realize.
I know think I know why -- I have no side effects. I took a glass of Electrolytes the morning of the shot, then in the evening.
