SRY Lisa no response after order

I placed an order about 10 days ago and haven't been able to get Lisa to respond with a tracking number. I have used Lucy and simo in the past with no issues. Anyone else having issues
getting an update on their order from SRY

Did you get it ? I paid her on may 12 and got my package June 3rd. Kinda slow but came through.
