I’m finally out of prison…….lol. but seriously. I’m a 54 y/o male, 5’11”, 210lbs at 27%BF. I used compounded Semi for 8 months to go from 235 to 197 but haven’t had a shot since last OCT. I since have rebounded to 210 and have been able to stabilize here. I have also been on TRT since summer of 23. I lift heavy 3 x week and run 2-3 week. My goal on RETA is to get to 12-15% BF.

I plan to start slow because the nausea I had at those later doses of Semi was uncomfortable. Based on what I’ve read, I plan to start with .25mg twice a week and I’ll move up within 4 weeks based on how I feel. I’ll also incorporate intermittent fasting as this has worked for me before. I am hoping that I can get the results I want around the 4-5mg per week dose.

Does anyone see any issues with this plan?

We all react different but Reta (and Tirz) never caused nausea of any sort like Sema did to me. I started at 2mg per week and everything went well for me. I wouldn't recommend that high of a dose for people that have never done GLP's, but since I was coming from 15mg per week of Tirz I thought that 2mg was low enough of a starting point for Reta.
