It is very common that a vial is overfilled- example a 30mg vial may contain 32-35mg
in this instance if you are not aware of the overfill you will have more tirz.

The expectation would be that 5mg of tirz from anyone would be 5mg of tirz so equal.

If it was handled poorly or has other issues you might have degradation.

But the simple answer is, if measured properly, they are the same.
