Good folks of the forum,

I'm about to start a conservative BPC-157 therapy in the hope of improving my tendonitis of the long head of biceps, as well as a chronic mild yet very annoying AC joint arthritis.

Would love to hear & learn about your relevant past experiences with injectable BPC-157 and/or TB-500, GLOW. Dosage, protocol, locality, etc.

I've taken BPC-157/TB-4 for knee pain and it cleared it up completely. My injury was more on the mild side as an overuse workout injury. I did twice a day 500mcg of each until the pain was gone (maybe 1.5 months). After that I did glow blend 5 on 2 off for 2 months for skincare reasons but I'm sure its helping too.

I just finished my last glow vial so I'm going to cycle off for the rest of the month and see if anything comes back. I did continue with strength training and worked on better form for leg workouts so I'm hoping I fixed the issue long term.

Following with interest.
My partner has some sort of arthritis ankylosing spondylitis thing going on and I've been trying to convince him to start GLOW

I’ve got tendinosis in my shoulders. Taking plenty of tb4 and bpc157, along with hgh, and the shoulder still hurts like a bitch when i use it in certain ways. Physical therapy has helped much more than peptides.

Tendinosis is chronic degeneration. If you have tendinitis (acute inflammation) you stand a better chance of seeing results I guess

I think it depends to the underlying cause. For me, the tendon is way too underdeveloped and apparently moves around, getting inflammed on its own during daily activities.

Did you take BPC-157 locally or systematically (abdominal subq)? How long? Any results whatsoever?

I’ve always taken it subq in the belly for 4 or so months at a time. I’ll take a month or two off now and again but then something will happen and I’ll restart for healing some issue. I’ve had amazing results from it for healing after surgery and dental work, but not the shoulder that I can tell. It also helps a lot with workout recovery, I can really tell a difference when I’m off of it.
