I generally get 2 kits of triz and one of sema. I go through a full kit of triz and switch to sema and do half a kit. I reason it's so my body doesn't become use to one or the other. But, I've noticed that when I'm doing the sema I'm hungrier and start to gain weight. I still have 15 vials of sema I need to get through. Do you think if I did 3 vials and 1 that that would be a good way get through it all? Do you switch it up and if so, with what, or do you just increase what you are taking? I'm considering trying reta but I know it's newer.

I’d pick one pep and stick with it. Instead of going back and forth, increase your dose when it stops working for a few weeks.

People stack sema with reta. So I would consider stacking sema with tirz. Switching would be fine too and would avoid "pharmacological competition."

Personally, I go a lot by feels. Each day/week can be different. I stack partly out of boredom (shits and giggles), rather than switching each week/month.

Lol, I am the same way. I stack cagri, reta, tirtz and sema off and on. Just to mix it up.

I take my sema on Sunday and 3 days later take reta. I see no reason that you can't do the same thing with tirz.
