Ran Tesamorelin for 12 weeks now. Plan to run 4 more weeks then move to HGH. Should I titrate up slowly or would body be somewhat acclimated already since running Tesamorelin for prior 3-4 months? TIA

Start slowly to minimize side affects, depending on your age start with 1 iu for least amount of insulin resistance and water retention.

The answer to that question would be in updated bloodwork. Specifically IGF-1 levels and z-score.

Get an IGF-1 reading before making changes or decisions. Titrate your dose to target number and z-score.
