I'm new to the grey market and obtained a kit of Reta 24 from one of our forum venders. Through Telegram, 3rd party testing was arranged for a random vial from the same batch. The results just came back as 99%+ purity and weight of 31mg. Am I to assume that my vials also contain 31mg of Reta instead of 24mg? Or are there variances between vial weights? That's over a 25% difference and will effect my dosing. Thx

What should have been done is testing of 3 vials so you get an average amount. At this point you can either do more testing or hope they have decent precision and assume every vial has 31mg.

If you're lucky it'll be correct. If you're unlucky you'll be taking less than thought. If you're really unlucky you'll take twice as much as you should...

Would the test above also show that instead of 10mg as it should have been there was only 9mg. This was a test subjects rt10. Still learning how to read these things haha.

That is what it shows. 9mg. But that is within the standard 10% margin so nothing to worry about. This particular report showing total mass and peptide-to-excipients ratio is superfluous information.
