Hi all. 42yr, F, 5'9, SW 356, and CW 268. Obesity and trauma has plagued me all my life. I am thankful that I have gotten this far with the aid of meds and my effort. My journey has been long and wont just stop here. Im seeking to breakthrough stalls with additional edits to my behavior and information acquired in my research. Thank you for this platform.
