Hey all, i’ve done a fair bit of research on reta! but would love some personal tips and what to look out for. i’m about to order for the first time!

would love to know how you guys’ lifestyle has changed since taking it? what side effects? what’s important to have in my diet?

cheers

I’m currently on 6mg of Reta and 2 mg of cagri. I have little to no interest in food, nothing tastes good, eating very little. Try ing to get protein is a challenge, most of it comes from drinks. I’ve reached goal weight, 185, sw 250. Time to wean down and start eating properly. The way I am now is not sustainable. This stuff works but you need to take care along the way. 9 months in, started on tirz, went to Reta after a stall.

I'm on my 9th week. I haven't experienced the strong appetite suppression that many get, but I have had my "thirst" really reduced. It took me a few days to realize I wasn't hydrating enough. Now I drink out of a water bottle to better track my water intake and stay better hydrated. No other negative sides to report here.

congrats on the weight lose that’s an awesome effort! thanks for the tips. as i’m also a gym guy im hoping protein intake won’t be a struggle for me as i don’t want to lose to much muscle

I stick with 4.2mg a week which is bang on for me. As can quite happily miss a main meal without thought, but also allows me to enjoy a BBQ invite without feeling nauseous. So fits my life very well.
