Soooo currently on 7.5mg tirzepatide, wanted to ask, do people also take Cagri with it? What's your experience been?

Ahhh amazing!! It helps with suppression right? Do people use it as a filler inbetween doses? Curious to see...Yes, lots on her use it with reta also.
Ayyyyye, I don't see anything wrong with OP's thoughts or your opinion. To each his own? 🤷♂️curious.... why wouldn't you just go up on your triz dose if you want more appetite suppression while on such a low dose VS adding cagri? I could see if you were adding cargri if you were on a higher dose of triz. am I missing something?
I used it for about 2 months so I could stay at 6 mg Tirz until goal, and it worked great for me 👍 The hitting you like a truck thing is exactly how I feel about it. I think I got up to 1 mg Cag but was at .6 mg for most of the 2 months.Soooo currently on 7.5mg tirzepatide, wanted to ask, do people also take Cagri with it? What's your experience been?
This is something I'm considering, my day two symptoms are what put me off increasing. I get awful headaches and fatigued... I've not yet committed to adding cargi just wanted to get more information...curious.... why wouldn't you just go up on your triz dose if you want more appetite suppression while on such a low dose VS adding cagri? Hmmmm interesting, did you have any side effects? If you take cag at 0.5mg, it'll hit you like a TRUCK.
But your body will gain a tolerance faster than taking tirz and/or reta, at least in my experience.
Max dose for cag is 5mg alone and 2.4mg with other GLP's.
Cag lasts 5 days. Tirz is up to 6 days and Reta up to 7 days.

It would make sense to do Tirz until max dose at 15mg, then switch or take along with, cag/reta/teso/or other "tides" to help assist.
This is what I might be considering as Im worried increasing my Tirz will give me more side effects... Mateee I have the exact side effects, I have Tinnitus (whooshing heart beat sound in ears). Anddd prickly skin, back of shoulders and legs! Before discovering this forum I had no idea it happened to others too!Stalled at about 52lbs lost in 6 months, been in a pretty narrow range for almost a month. 22% weight loss, from a BMI of 40 to a BMI of 30. Pretty normal point for people to stall on Tirz, I understand, having looked at the graphs.
I'm up to 10mg/6d of Tirz, and I don't want to increase any further due to the tinnitus and allodynia (prickly skin feeling). (anyone ever think tinnitus and allodynia are the same thing, acting on different parts of the body? I do!)
I added in low dose Reta (1mg/6d), and Cagrilintide (250mcg/6d). These are staggered on day 2 and day 4 respectively. No noticeable effect at those dosages.
Felt I needed to stop the Reta for an employment physical (heart rate elevated). Paused for 3 wks.
At week 4 I upped Cag to 500mcg/6d. No noticeable effect.
Now at week 8, I upped Reta to 2mg/6d, and Cagrilintide to 1mg/6d. (As in just 3 days ago).
Too soon for an honest eval but initial results seem good.
I didn’t have any bad sides from Cagri, maybe from starting so cautiously. I just knew I didn’t want sides lol. I started so so low, like .2 mg. For the feels side of it, it just made eating feel like a chore. The only bad thing about it was the difficulty I had hitting my protein goal. This is what I might be considering as Im worried increasing my Tirz will give me more side effects... Ahhhh think I'll get some Cagri with my next order & give it a go!I didn’t have any bad sides from Cagri, maybe from starting so cautiously. I just knew I didn’t want sides lol. Not that I'm aware of, no. But when I took Cag, I also took Tirz 10mg around the same time. However, what I do know is Tirz 10mg for me is on the weaker side. Cag def made a huge difference.Hmmmm interesting, did you have any side effects?
Not true Cagri has a 7.5 day half life, tirz 5 days and reta 6.5 days,If you take cag at 0.5mg, it'll hit you like a TRUCK.

Honestly I don't have an opinion yet, that is why I said I was curious. I am type 2 diabetic and down 90 lbs since I have started with about 10 lbs to go to my original goal weight (subject to change once I get there). Was thinking about supplementing triz with Cag as well. however I am at 15 mg and trying to decide to up my dose or add cag.If you take cag at 0.5mg, it'll hit you like a TRUCK.
