I’m at 15mg Tirz and feel nothing. I have been using cagri and it has made some progress, mainly stopping food noise.

So I have started Survo with the tirz and dumped the Cagri. But I have been regaining weight. As was expected, food noise is back!

But I am curious if anyone has tried stacking tirz & Survo along with a small dose of cagri.

Just curious why you stopped the Cagri with Tirz if you were making progress? Also, how long have you been on Tirz with Survo?

I recently began stacking Survo with Tirz to break a stall. The first couple of weeks nothing happened and I had usual fluctuations on the scale. After about four weeks of slowly titrating up it is finally kicking in. The biggest thing I notice is that I can eat the same or more than I was during my stall but I’m loosing weight. I am really enjoying the increase in energy and flexibility with my diet.

Many achieve renewed progress by revisiting Cagri with Tirz alone before adding more complexity. You're not alone in this plateau. Lots of reports of it happening around high doses/long-term use, with Cagri often helping "reset" the noise. What dose of Survo are you on now, and how long since dropping Cagri fully? That context could help narrow suggestions?

Really, there was no loss going on. Food noise was not there, and I have read so much about the “Ghetto Reta” I thought I would give it a try.

I did Tirz and Cagri a few times since last January. I was at a plateau, couldn’t get below 192, then I started it and lost to 185. Since then have been stalled.

I am on 1.2mg of Survo. I was feeling a lot of food noise still so I went ahead and tried the low end of cagri .6mg. Man it kicked me. Low grade nausea, but not bad, more like I ate too much. I wont go higher. It did what I needed helped me with cravings. If they pick up again, i may try another small dose again.

Smart move,
keeping it low and slow. You're on 1.2 mg Survo but still had some food noise, so you added 0.6 mg cagri once it crushed the cravings with just mild "overate" nausea. That's classic for low-dose cagri. solid satiety boost without the heavy sides most get at higher doses. Plan to stick at 0.6 mg and redose only if noise returns is perfect. no need to escalate if it's working. Many stack low cagri exactly like this for breakthrough hunger on GLP-1s/glucagon agonists. good luck and let us know for sure 🙂
