So I get a small box of tirz5
Wanted to ask my bac water is new and crystal clear
When I reconstitute solution gets slightly yellow and slightly cloudy. Very slight amount nothing too drastic.
Is it safe to use?

What BAC water are you using? If it's not Hospira I would get some Hospira brand. I don't trust generic BAC.

Well the cloudiness and yellow tinge has disappeared now. Seems to be all clear now. Maybe it was the filler or something?

I usually give it at least an hour to dwell. Sometimes I can see what I can only describe as dissolved sugar swirling when I look at it under magnification with my headlamp light

What's generic bac water?

Get Hospira and try again.
Look on Amazon or many domestic and Chinese pep suppliers are including bottles of "BAC" water with orders or making it available for sale. Who knows what it really is.

Yeah I suppose if it's not Hospira, the answer is always going to be "Try Hospira" before raising an exception.

The lady I got it from claims to be a raw powder manufacturer from start to finish end product. So I decided to give her a try.

Also I usually add 2ml bac water into my vials but this time because the dose was so low (5mg vials) I decided to just use 1ml of bac water.

She has in house lab reports as well as customer tested lab reports. Apparently she sells raws to many pharmaceutical companies in the us and aus too.

But who really knows in this game anyone can claim anything …

I want to say that I read some Lilly documentation on Zepbound that a slight yellow discoloration is normal but I can't find where I read that now

At this point I guess you have to try it or toss it. I wouldn't spend $300 to test <$100 of 5mg Tirz unless you have like 4 kits from the same batch.

I get bac from Stat Lab, Amazon. 10X2ml vials filled to the top with 3.5ml. 100% clear all the time. Try Eli Lilly's dilution: for each 2.5mg dose, 25cc, and any dose above 2.5mg to be diluted in 50cc. For 5mg vial, only need 50cc. Based on your comments, I would get a different source of bac and try again. If still bad then tirz may be to blame and throw it out. Some may recommend a syringe filter. Was the vial under a strong vacuum? When you added the BAC, did the vacuum pulled the bac water in, without you pressing the syringe? If not under vacuum, air gets in and oxydation takes place, breaking the amino-acid bonds. Bacteria's can grow with air. Mayo say " it should be clear and colorless to slightly yellow. Do not use it if it is cloudy, discolored, or has particles in it.". Play it safe.

Was B12 added to your Tirz? Some Compounding pharmacy offer it.

Thank you for your reply. Effect wise it does feel like standard tirz should feel. I injected 2.5mgs to see how I feel and I feel the same as I did with mounjaro.

No this particular vial did not have a strong vacuum. Hardly any vacuum at all to be honest. I will throw this vial out and try another fresh 5mg vial and report back.

The tirz I tried from Ronsen’s group had a super strong suction, as soon as I shoved the needle inside it would suck the bac water out. Also the colour with ronsen’s group was crystal clear and no cloudiness. But same feeling in terms of affects.

Ok so i tried a new tirz vial and used the same bac water. No discolouration or cloudiness. Liquid is crystal clear. Took a bit of time to fully dissolve like 5 mins sitting on the table (used 1ml bac water).

Perhaps my previous bottle was just a bad egg from the carton of eggs.

However this vial also did not have much suction present. Vacuum is fairly weak … effect wise seems to be almost identical to my real mounjaro vial (this is what I use as my benchmark).
