Top three most useful and useless peptides?

I can't believe the lack of love DSIP is getting on this thread... It works for me - not a sedative but completely fixed my wonky circadian rhythm from night owl to normal.
I am mew to the scene, so I haven't tried many but here it goes:

Top:
1. DSIP + CJC no DAC - excellent sleep
2. KPV - inflammation and pain relief
3. Mots-C - good clean energy

Not my favorite:
1. AOD-9604 - Not sure it does much
2. Kisspeptin - Not feeling it do much(?)
3. Epitalon - it
gave me a sore neck and leg plus horrible insomnia!💀
DSIP only works for some people, not everyone, so it will be divisive with opinions.

My top:
1. Epitalon for sleep as I sleep like a baby
2. TA1 - I haven't had a cold in years.
3. Tirz though I'm a low responder unfortunately so I'm high dose
Honourable mentions to Cagri, ghk-cu, KPV and glutathione.

Worst
1. Semax and Selank has literally no effect
2. NAD doesn't do much for me
3. Reta. I've tried to switch over from Tirz and nada. No effect all the way up to 8mg. I stuck with it for weeks. Starving all the time. Reading above though, I do have thyroid issues so maybe that's why.

This is it exactly. Reta is worthless to me and yet I read jealously as everyone else raves about it. Tirz? Worthless to me.

Y'all, I went one time and shot 12mgs Reta when I was at 4mg. Not so much as a burp for a side effect. I went and then shot up 1mg Cagri the next week when warned to be careful. I might as well have pinned BAC water. I must be one mis-wired dude.

Why do some peptides work for some people and not others? Hell I don't know that's why I'm here talking to the smart people.
Probably Fake reta

Probably Fake reta
Yeah, I agree. Reta you should feel hungry but not starving all the time. But even when you´re hungry when you eat something, you get full very quickly. You cannot eat a lot as before.

Top 3:
  • Tirzepatide: lost 50+ lbs and counting mostly from this, able to move way more since inflammation is out too.
  • NAD+: initially did absolutely nothing. Once I got methylated B and TMG in the mix, brain fog lifted, moderate motivation returned!
  • NA-Selank-Amidate: Great way to unwind, decompress and process after a rough day.
Bottom 3:
  • Oxytocin: Possibly user error, but I felt horrific after trying this.
  • Epitalon: might have done what it advertised, I don’t feel a net benefit.
  • KLOW: Nothing against the blend, but GHK-Cu in regular blends is way high. For me, KPV alone is A+
Honorable Mention:
  1. DSIP: Controversial because I know not many respond… Personally, my REM and Deep sleep medians increased 2.12x in the 2.5 weeks since implemented. Makes 5.5 hour sleeps sufficient, and 8-9 hour sleeps more than adequate!
  2. Adamax: Terribly expensive, but… Works well! Like a stronger NA-Semax Amidate.
  3. PE-22-28: It’s super early on this one. 8 days in. But this generalized malaise I’ve had for years… It’s lifting in more than a sporadic hour or two here or there kind of way. Attributed to better sleep? Maybe. Logging this for now.

As a person new to all this, been on Tirz for 3 months, if you had a choice would you add Tesa or Cagri? Budget only allows me 1.

It seems half the peptides people use might possibly do absolutely nothing at all, yet the anecdotal evidence just keeps coming; this is maddening to process. I myself take klow, AD5, BB10 and do not have a clue as to their efficacy. I can feel the reta for sure, and I think the tesa is doing good work but the rest...who knows.

I'm going to list:

Best:

1. Reta
2. Tesa
3. DSIP (maybe)

Useless:
1. AD5
2. KLOW (maybe)
3. DSIP (maybe)
I lold at how DSIP is both best and useless 😂

Top 3:
  1. HGH
  2. HCG
  3. Glutathione (not really a peptide)

Bottom 3:
  1. GHK-cu nothing but a literal pain in the ass
  2. Epitalon Didn't notice anything
  3. KPV Also had no perceivable effect

What were the benefits of hgh? Also for hcg did you notice any estrogen related side effects? I heard it can spike estrogen but I’m not super familiar with it.

What were the benefits of hgh?
Generally, somatotropin is a master hormone with massive downstream effects. It's level subsides with age. Most people use it for its anabolic/growth/building effects. It enables muscle-building, fat-burning, etc. But at the same time, it can cause water retention, joint pain, insulin resistance, and glucose malabsorption. Worst of all, excess somatotropin can cause acromegaly. Organs get enlarged, they become dysfunctional, joints get arthritic, pain becomes unbearable. Andre the Giant is a famous example.

May I inquire what type of discomfort you experienced from the cjc/ipa blend? I bought a vial but haven't tried it yet.
For me, it was an extremely intense pressure. The "flush" that people describe for me was just too intense. I dialed back the dosing significantly and found that the dose low enough to avoid the side was so low that I got not benefit from product. Everyone is different.

I’m still in my beginning stage for most peptides, some have worked immediately and others nothing yet, but it’s easily days. Based on that:

Top 3
Cag (immediately stopped my food noise and suppressed my appetite)
NAD+ (had my first dosage this morning and omg the fatigue lifted and I feel like doing physical work to burn some energy - super low dose too)
GLOW mix (almost 2 weeks in and the usual aches and pains I’ve had throughout my body for years are at least 60% better/gone).

I won’t list my ‘bottom 3’ as I’m still in the early days with them, but:

Ret: I’m 3 weeks in (only pinned first dose of cag a few days ago) and up until Cag I felt like it wasn’t working much, I dropped a very small amount of weight but I was starting to feel it was more like a placebo of me being on it and eating healthier? I was still craving and smashing food like normal, only noticeable effect was I stopped craving energy drinks.
KPV: sadly, no noticeable difference yet. Maybe 5 days in?
GLUT w/ vit c: I’m sure it will be effective, first pin this morning but OMG THE STINGING PAIN. Not sure if I’ll make it through my vial with that amount of ouch.

As stated, I haven’t been on many of these for that long and I know a fair few takes weeks to start taking effect, so I’m not writing those last 3 off, just not noticing much yet (and not expecting to either the glut but by golly it fkn hurt 😭)
For that Glut sting, try drawing in a little more BAC Wtr after pulling in dose. Then let it come to room temp before pinning. Worked for me anyway.

Top :
1. Tirz
2. Mots-c. Amazing energy!
3. Kpv/epitalon/ghk-cu. All over good response and noticeable results to these three.

Bottom:
1. SS-31. Ran a couple vials and didn’t feel anything.
2. Semax. Not even a placebo effect felt.
3. Reta. Controversial I know, but the sides killed me and it didn’t control inflammation like Tirz did.

Top - Reta

Bottom CJC/IPA (no dac)

Never felt any benefit at all from this blend. Made me feel dizzy and weak. Stuck with it for 5 weeks. Possibly a bum product, but got the reta from the same place and it worked great.

About to start ss-31 & Mots-C so kind of sad to see it on a lot of zero impact lists.
I am 52 so maybe I will be able to tell the mitochondria benefits?

Reta
Tirz
Semax+Selank (I put the two together because I think one complements the other.)

Nad+
Glutationa
Tirz (I felt a dragon-sized hunger.,but I know it works very well for a lot of people, so I don't want to take anything away from this peptide)
