Tracking your stacks (tracking stacking!)

Hi all - I've seen a couple spreadsheets that people have used to organize their stacks. Wondering if anyone wants to share what they use to stay organized. I'm trying to come up with my own spreadsheet so seeing examples gives me ideas of what I want to include.
