I started compound Sema in February and have been on Wegovy since April. Got up to 1.7mg and lost 40 pounds (165 SW to 125CW which is top-end normal range) with great food noise/intrusive thought reduction and minimal GI side effects, though the fatigue has been a lot. I am not on meds for anything else. I have done strength training and running for years so minimal muscle loss, but my run paces have been stagnant since half-way through the loss. My hours of scrolling are bringing me to Reta as a method to get into the mid-normal weight range and get some energy back to improve my recreational athletic performance. Seems like there are advantages to cross-titrating and advantages to wash-out period and wondering if anyone has experience.

For source, I’m looking primarily at AmoList with nexaph second and open to other suggestions. I’m okay spending a bit more if reliability is more consistent so am looking at Skye. Either way, I plan to filter.

Appreciate any thoughts or other resources to consider.

I don't really see any reason to pay skye 10x for the same thing with a label on it, but if you're just dipping your toes, I can see the appeal.
