Trump delays cancellation of de minimis trade exemption

update march 4: new tariffs on mexico and canada today, and china tariffs doubled to 20%. but the US still has no infrastructure in place to collect duties on small packages so the de minimis exemption is still in place for now. packages with declared value less than $800 don't get taxed.
