Hello everyone!

Still a newbie, I’m considering looking into some other peptides but I’m not entirely sure where to start, because I have some pretty unique challenges.

All I’m on right now is Tirz, been on it since August, lost 50 lbs and I’m at my goal weight, so I’m moving to maintenance dosing.

My health issues:
Ehlers Danlos syndrome (a collagen disorder that affects all the connective tissue in my body. Because the collagen is faulty at a genetic level, unsure if anything collagen related would help, but would consider being a guinea pig)
Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (related to EDS, an autonomic nervous system condition that basically means my body can’t handle being upright. This is disabling for me, means walking long distances and cardio are difficult to impossible)
Long QT syndrome (exact same symptoms as POTS, except it can kill me and certain meds exacerbate it)
PCOS (probably the reason tirz helped so much, mostly symptom free related to this one right now)

So yeah, with all of that, the main things I’d love to address are fatigue, brain fog, and maybe something that helps build muscle to protect my joints since my collagen doesn’t want to do its job. I do have full body joint pain but I don’t really anticipate that getting better.

Because I know someone will ask, I do have the MTHFR gene mutation and take methylated B vitamins as well as vitamin D, levels look good right now.

I'm 3 for 5 of those conditions (EDS, POTS, MTHFR) and on month 10 of t!rz, among other peps. I'm still chasing the brain fog and low energy! Joint pain is ongoing, although I will say that when I'm cycling A0D that my joints feel much less achy and more stable. Case-in-point: I cycled off of A0D a week or so ago, and my subluxations have increased in frequency. So I'm starting the A0D back up today!
Once I reach goal weight, I will be trialing some of the 'm0relins to see if they help build muscle tone when added to strength training. My POTS doc says only to do rowing, recumbent bicycling and swimming, to keep my blood pressure in check.
Hang in there, and hugs to you 🤗
