What is a good multivitamin that addresses the needs brought on by the the use of Reta 2.5 mg weekly and CJC 1295 with ipamorelin 500-600 mcg's 5 days on 2 off weekly?
Been dosing for a few months but would like to handle this part of the journey as well.
Any and all input whether positive or negative will be appreciated.

i use the nutricost methylated multiviamin, its not like the best thing ever but its a great bang for your buck option to just fill in some lacking spots. i also pair it with their omega 3 pills and a dedicated magnesium glycinate before bed. those 3 will get you just about everything you need without getting too far into the weeds, and again not crazy expensive.

These vitamins are great &
I take a shit ton of supplements 🙄😆

NOW brand Adam multi (men) or Eve multi (women). Great brand, great price, and the b vitamins are methylcobalamin instead of cyanocobalamin. Which is typically easier and better for your body to actually use.

My multivitamin is going to Panera twice a week and getting a Greek salad with added avocado, arugula, mixed greens, peppers, a scoop of their cranberry walnut chicken and extra olives and onions (the staff there probably hate to see me coming lol).

In all seriousness though, the human body is really not that fragile. Vitamin deficiencies take months to show up even if you're getting literally zero amount of it. I take a daily vitamin C and vitamin D just to be safe but even that's probably not necessary.

If you're doing a special diet then that might be a different story (vegans might need to supplement iron and B-12, people fasting should take electrolytes, etc.)

Vitamin D is great for you. I take a Vitamin D and K combo. High dose of like 10,000 IU of D per day. Feel great and haven't been sick in fucking years.

I take 2000IU of D3 and 1 of whatever random multivitamin that costco has offered on sale in the last 6 months.
