Want to make sure my ducks are in order

So before I purchase some Reta I wanted to make sure i got everything I need. Alongside some comments/tips ive seen on here. Feel free to add your own below.

Reta - before constitute can be stored room temp but recommended is freezer.
- after constitute put in fridge. Can be store over 60 days (that ive seen on here)
Insulin syringes - 30gauge, 1ml, and 1/2" needle - some recommend this certain size
(Some people recommend this site: injectionshop as amazon does not ship to my state. Although if I search for "pet" syringes it can bypass some weird laws. But I won't do that).
(if other people know other sites to get BAC water please let me know)
Alcohol wipes - to wipe the top parts of the Peptide bottle and BAC water

Some people recommend a special case to store the peptides in the fridge.
Always let it come to room temp before injecting.
Let the BAC water drip the sides of the bottle and onto the peptide. Never force the needle.
Never shake after mixing bac water w/ peptide. Roll with hands and wait until clear/dissolved.
Pinch a good amount wherever you are injecting and at an angle. Do it slowly.
Rotate injection sites such as sides of stomach and thighs.
Always start low dose if you're new (im going to do 1ml a week so 0.5 on Mondays and
0.5 on Thursdays).
Inject peptides before sleep so side effects aren't that affective.

Most importantly stay hydrated!

That's fine, but bigger than needed. I'd suggest 31g or 32g and 8mm long.

I'd say all of this is "meh", follow it if want but nothing is going to happen if you don't. Needle at an angle is only for longer needles. If your using 1/2" or less you don't go in at an angle. I prefer to stay away from thighs. Tricep and side delt work well too.
Hopefully you meant 1mg and not 1ml.

Not sure where a lot of your info came from, but some of it is wishy-washy, and some of it is outright bad.

"Can" store for any time over 28 days is a decision you have to make based on your own risk profile.

Insulin syringes - 30gauge, 1ml, and 1/2" needle - some recommend this certain size

Personally I think everyone should start with a 29G needle since the difference between gauge sizes is smaller than the width of a human hair.

Always let it come to room temp before injecting.

I never have. This is mostly a perceived sensitivity problem for some people, however presuming your body temperature is normal, within milliseconds of injection the temperature will reach 98.6°F.

Let the BAC water drip the sides of the bottle and onto the peptide. Never force the needle.
Never shake after mixing bac water w/ peptide. Roll with hands and wait until clear/dissolved.

These are stupid old wives' tales that refuse to die. Just inject the water, don't worry about angle, velocity, temperature, time of day, phase of the moon or any other voodoo garbage; and then shake it, don't shake it, doesn't matter.

Pinch a good amount wherever you are injecting and at an angle. Do it slowly.

The only angle for anyone new should be 90°, or in other words without confusing anyone by even bringing up degrees, straight in:



And "slowly" is almost guaranteeing discomfort. Everywhere else in the world calls these "jabs" instead of "shots" for a reason. Stab in the needle, push the plunger, done.

Start on the published or recommended dosage regimen for specific peptide. If it calls for once-per-week injection, that means one injection per week, not two, not twelve.

I am a contrarian to this philosophy for anyone starting out injecting mystery powder from China for the first time. Would you rather inject before bed and never wake up, or inject first thing in the morning on say a Saturday to gauge how you respond and have the ability and wherewithal to summon help if necessary?

Please don't take this personally, but I think you need to do some more reading and get a better grasp of certain concepts before even thinking about taking this any further.

One slight change I would make is that when I started, my first vial lasted quite a while, very close to 2 months. You don't mention the mg size of the vial, but I always drew the dose and then put the vial back in the fridge. I let the syringe come to room temp, or held it in the crook of my thumb if I was in a hurry, rather than let the vial come to room temperature. It should last up to 60 days this way.

I agree with most everything above. I don't particularly rocket the plunger down, especially on smaller bodied syringes.

Syringes come in .3ml, .5ml, and 1ml sizes. It's easier to accurately measure .2ml in a .3ml or .5ml than a 1ml syringe.
