Too bad they didn't throw in a freebie.

I do like Nexaph, which I have also ordered from before. Nexaph is more expensive, but I like that they have a QR code on each kit and offer faster UPS shipping.

If I do use SRY again (which is doubtful), I will be sure to use Ali pay, which is what I used before. But I have no experience with crypto anyway.

Why would they throw in a freebie? They didn’t do anything wrong.

From what I see, the order was placed on March 5th, and Alan finally replied on/around March 21st, asking for forgiveness. And it's possible the order would have never been shipped.

My sentiment:
It’s nuts the lengths people will go to defend vendors. It’s a business not a charity.
The OP (or OP's) tried for two weeks to get it resolved privately and then turned to a public forum as a last resort. I am 99.9% certain that SRY would have continued to ignore them had they not posted here (and on other sites).

How much is Alan paying you? I understand you have to earn your free peptides but this is going a little too far , don't you think?
Although it is questionable whether the user had waited sufficient time to allow the problem to resolve itself, and no doubt they were going through some challenges, the issue I believe some took with them is they appeared to be "Brigading" this forum:

The fact that the only posts were to spread the news about an issue that was a few weeks old and not unlike many issues that our Dear Sweet Tracy had with many here before.

I actually agree we have strength in numbers, and should hold vendors accountable, but we also need to allow proper escalation before hitting "reply all" to every forum on the internet and CC'ing our congressman.

It only adds insult to injury to blame someone of shilling when they were offended by what appeared to be someone after their own interest, with no interest in the community, and arguably impatiently.

Full disclosure, I may have done the same as you.. and let emotion escalate the situation, I am just trying to be pragmatic here and understand not everyone sees it this way.

We are dealing with a language barrier with these vendors, which causes misunderstandings and mistakes, not to mention they are not the best at Customer experience or professionalism.

I am glad the peps were delivered and hope to see the issue put behind us all.

Global marketing 101 (as taught in both the US and China): Know your customer's culture to meet their expectations. It is not the customer's responsibility to adopt to you.

The worst thing you can give any customer is uncertainty. Usually, the biggest problem with delays and especially being ignored is that it only increases the level of uncertainty.

But if you have a captive market, the first thing to go out the window is customer service, e.g. some Walmart stores never answer the phone.

If only we were dealing with businesses and not grey market dealers using crypto. I would 100% agree. I was probably 16 when I first learned that the guy at the gas station going to get me a $1 joint might not come back at all.
There is no debate that the service was less than optimum, and certainly not up to Global Marketing Standards.

You waited a few weeks, escalated several times, and then got resolution. Good for you.

The question remains, do you understand the optics of creating accounts on forums only to gather support in your campaign to resolve an issue that many here have dealt with without that level of involvement.

In other words, do you have the Calm Logic to see that your methods, not your motives, might have ruffled a few feathers.

Best of luck on all of your endeavors, hopefully you have stellar service with all of the vendors.
again.. I cannot judge your actions, I may have done the same, and brought a friend who also lost the same amount, the same crypto, the same time, to help me. It just rubbed a few the wrong way.

And you are not the only one to compare peptide vendors to local drug dealers. That's another reason I like Nexaph, with their professional website and packaging.

Nexaph is a good source for those reasons stated. Only downside is their pricing is pretty much double for Reta. $518 for for R24 when you can get R30 for $275 elsewhere.
