This section is for vendors to post prices, ordering information, test results, etc. and to facilitate communication with members.

Each vendor should create their own dedicated thread with an introduction and contact information to get started and keep all posts to that single thread except for time-limited promotions which may include no more than one new thread each week.

ALL vendors are welcome, there is no censorship or favoritism. Your success or failure on this forum is entirely up to you, however vendors with a history of complaints from our members are subject to banning. The administration and members regularly post reviews, comments, and complaints about vendors so be aware that there may be both positive and negative posts about you.

As of right now, this section is free for all vendors, but that may change in the future depending on how traffic and resource usage impacts hosting costs.

There are a few rules/requirements that all vendors must follow:

1. Before posting, please DM me to introduce yourself and have your account marked to reflect your vendor status and enable posting in this section (I can also change your user name to reflect your company name if you used a different name to sign up). See below for the information required from all vendors before posting will be allowed.
2. To avoid confusion, each vendor is limited to one sales rep on this forum. Multiple sales reps for the same company creates too much confusion among our members.
3. Do not send unsolicited direct messages to members. Only reply to messages sent by members.
4. Do not post in threads posted by or discussing other vendors.
5. Fraudulent, altered, or redacted test reports are not allowed and could result in banning.
6. Posting photos/screen shots of communications with customers (even if the customer's information is redacted) is not allowed. Posting such photos does not help earn a sale and in fact usually make vendors appear less trustworthy.
7. Please include prices. Many potential customers prefer to know pricing before they contact you, and will often never contact a vendor who does not post their prices.

Your Name:
The full name of your company:
Your location (City/State/Province and Country):
Your contact information (Email, WhatsApp, etc.):
Please specify whether you are:

a. A Manufacturer (i.e. "Fill and Finish" operation that produces and sells its own vials)​

b. A Reseller/Trading Company (you are selling vials/products produced by other companies)​

(Please do not lie about being a manufacturer if you are not one. Resellers and trading companies are still welcome here, but lying about being a manufacturer is not a good way to earn business and may result in banning.)​

c. A US-Based Vendor​

Please note that it may take me several days to review messages before approving a vendor to post, and I may have more questions to ask so please do not send multiple messages asking when you will be approved to post.
