The Vendor Connection section is for vendors to advertise, post prices and ordering information, share test results, etc. and to facilitate communication with members.

ALL vendors are welcome and offered equal opportunity, there is no censorship or favoritism. Your success or failure here is entirely up to you, however vendors with a history of complaints from our members and/or violating these rules are subject to banning. The administration and members regularly post reviews, comments, and complaints about vendors so be aware that there may be both positive and negative posts about you.

Below are some of the basic rules/requirements that all vendors must follow:
  1. DO NOT MAKE ANY POSTS UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN APPROVED AS A VENDOR. Use the Contact Us form linked at the bottom of every forum page to introduce yourself and learn how to become an approved vendor (a new Jotform is currently being developed to facilitate new vendor applications). If you make any posts before being accepted as a vendor you're just going to irritate me and never be approved (especially if the posts are clearly intended to pretend that you are not a vendor).

  2. Vendors are limited to one sales rep on this forum initially. Multiple sales reps for the same company often creates too much confusion among our members, especially for new vendors. Once you have established a good reputation among members it is possible to be approved to add additional sales reps.

  3. Each vendor is is limited to ONE dedicated thread for their company, even if you have multiple sales reps. New vendors should start off with an introduction post, and must keep all future posts to that single thread.
    • The one permitted exception to this rule is that you may post a separate thread for time-limited promotions (such as "this week only" etc.), and you are permitted a maximum of one new promotion thread every week.
  4. Due to abuse involving unsolicited messages, vendors are no longer permitted to send direct messages to members, however, replying to messages from members is still enabled and permitted.

  5. Never post in threads posted by or discussing other vendors. This is not a forum for inter-vendor conflicts.

  6. Fraudulent, altered, or redacted test reports will result in banning. There is zero tolerance for this kind of behavior.

  7. Violations of member trust including revealing private customer information (doxxing) are unacceptable and will result in an immediate and permanent ban.

  8. Posting photos/screen shots of communications with customers (even if the customer's information is redacted) is not allowed. Posting such photos does not help earn a sale and in fact usually make vendors appear less trustworthy.

  9. Vendors who fail to honor any guarantees or basic good business practices such as product quantity & purity, reship or refunds for lost or seized shipments, etc. are subject to limitations and restrictions, up to and including banning.

  10. Make good on any mistakes. Sometimes mistakes happen, but what's most important is how vendors respond to and resolve any mistakes.
In your contact message, please include the following:

Your Name:
The full name of your company:
Your location (City/State/Province and Country):
Your contact information (Email, WhatsApp, etc.):
Please specify whether you are:

a. A Manufacturer (i.e. "Fill and Finish" operation that produces and sells its own vials)
b. A Reseller/Trading Company (you are selling vials/products produced by other companies)
(Please do not lie about being a manufacturer if you are not one. Resellers and trading companies are still welcome here, but lying about being a manufacturer is not a good way to earn business and may result in banning.)
c. If you are a US-Based Vendor, please specify if you focus primarily on single-vial sales, bulk/wholesale, or a combination.
d. A vendor selling accessories and similar items, but not peptides/AAS/SARMS, etc.

Please note that it often takes me several days to respond to vendor inquiries so please do not send multiple messages unless at least 7 days have elapsed without a response. I currently receive over 100 emails daily, many of which go to spam, and all of which take time to sort through so the more email one person sends the lower they fall on my priority list to respond.

Welcome!
