What are you stacking with your Tirz

Just wondering what everyone is stacking. Do you add anything to help with the stalls? Maybe a small dose of reta or do you just stack some hgh to help at the gym.

I tried stacking Reta with my 10mg Tirz but it didn't agree with my stomach. Let that wash out for a few weeks and yesterday I tried 0.2mg Sema and it seems to be legit. Also using Pegasus (Lipo/MIC) once a week but I don't get any feels from that.

7.5mg Tirz every 5 days - offset with 4mg of Reta 2 days after that. I've got a limit supply of reta and about a year of tirz which is most of the motivation - I've no idea if just going full reta would be better.

I'm more or less at my target weight and I'm slowly moving further in the right direction on these doses - maybe a few more lbs to go but it's trying to go slow to maintain muscle mass while toning the remaining loose areas.

I've been thinking about mixing a little reta with my tirz but I'm concerned about the heart rate increase. Do you see any difference between the reta and the Tirz? I have seen that reta helps with fatty liver but I guess they all do if you loose weight.

HGH can increase hunger, possibly more so than testosterone.

In that case, I would just increase the dose of the tirz (since tirz is working well for me at 10 mg). If needed, I plan to increase tirz up to 20 mg (no more than 2.5 mg increase per week).

Or, I would stack tirz with survo (which may result in less heart rate elevation than reta):
One thing I was recommended to try with the Tirz after a few weeks was add 1mg of Survo 3 days after every Tirz. Adds more GLP-1 and Glucagon which makes it work a lot like Reta without the cardiac side effect and helps with the food noise. Absolutely happy with that so far. Problem is, one-size-fits-all doesn't work well in this research effort.

By the way, testosterone (like TEST-E taken subq) may be safer (or as safe) as HGH, depending on the circumstances and dosing. (I would be doing blood tests with either. And I would take testosterone at lower but daily doses to minimize side effects, e.g. reducing the peaks reduces the conversion to estrogen. I would also post-cycle with enclomiphene.)

Testosterone also seems way more effective than HGH for gaining muscle:

At 10 weeks, the men given 600 mg/week of testosterone enanthate who did not exercise had put on more muscle mass than the men who were not on testosterone and who did exercise.”

Even higher dose HGH is a long term thing - muscle mass increases from HGH alone is quite minimal without the feedback loops from AAS usage, and primarily functions based on satellite cell proliferation. These aren't short term impacts and HGH lacks the CNS adaptations that some AAS have that allows for short term rapid strength growth.

Testosterone is generally considered more directly effective for gym performance in terms of building muscle mass and strength. Here's why:

  • Muscle Protein Synthesis: Testosterone is a primary anabolic hormone that directly stimulates the process of muscle protein synthesis, leading to muscle growth (hypertrophy).
  • Strength and Power: Higher testosterone levels are strongly correlated with increased strength, power output, and the ability to lift heavier weights.
  • Red Blood Cell Production: Testosterone boosts erythropoiesis, the production of red blood cells, which enhances oxygen delivery to working muscles, potentially improving endurance and reducing fatigue.
  • Recovery: It can aid in muscle repair and reduce muscle breakdown after intense workouts.
  • Mental Drive: Many users report increased aggression, motivation, and focus in the gym with higher testosterone levels.
HGH's effects on gym performance are more indirect and complex:

  • Muscle Growth: While HGH can contribute to lean body mass, much of this initial increase might be due to water retention. Its direct impact on muscle protein synthesis is less pronounced than testosterone's. HGH primarily works through the insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1), which it stimulates the liver to produce. IGF-1 does play a role in muscle growth and repair.
  • Fat Loss: HGH can promote lipolysis (fat breakdown), which can improve body composition and indirectly benefit gym performance by increasing leanness.
  • Recovery and Tissue Repair: HGH is believed to enhance recovery from intense exercise and aid in the repair of tissues like tendons and ligaments.
  • Collagen Synthesis: HGH can support collagen production, which is important for joint health and could indirectly support more intense training.
In summary:

  • For direct muscle building and strength gains, testosterone is generally considered more potent and effective.
  • HGH may offer benefits in terms of fat loss, recovery, and potentially joint health, which can indirectly support gym performance.

No my heart rate is down (according to my smart watch) overall on the last year but that might also because of weight loss and general better health.

It's worth saying that I'm not looking for complete appetite suppression. I want to enjoy things like an Easter dinner somewhat, which is part of my motivation for not maxing out the Tirz dose.

10mg tirz every Wed, with 0.25mg of sema every Saturday. So far almost a month in with this stack, and it has definitely helped with better (true) hunger cues, fullness feeling after eating, etc.

I was voracious with tirz alone before adding the stack and the sprinkle of sema a few days later is helping control that hunger. I wasn't stalling but I was white knuckling it. I didn't have any stop signaling after eating, was starving after a decent size meal. A bit of sema did the trick.
