What is the risk of shipping a vial OUT of the United States?

I understand the import risk, to global entry and other administrative privileges. Is there any risk in shipping the other direction?

TrustPointe is significantly more expensive than Janoshik for the set of tests I would like to run. I would prefer Jano, but I value my global entry.

US customs generally do not expect goods leaving the US unless they suspect some kind of major crime. As far as I know, the risk is little to none.
