first time on peptides. reta 1.5 and immediately down 5 lbs first week. im assuming most of that is water weight. but the best part is my energy is high, i lift 4 times a week and move over 10k steps daily, sometimes hikes. oh and get this, im 5’9 and 265 lbs! big guy, soon to be small, and still active. i need to do more research on making it cost effective but so far a great start!

thanks appreciate the reply! yeah, ive always been active but gained 50 lbs to 275. from there went down to 265 at 1lb a week and thought it was too slow so i gave peps a try.
