Hi Team,

I'm looking for a TDEE calculator specifically designed for people taking GLP-1 medications. I'm open to using either an app or a website. I'm looking for a tool to help me track weekly weight changes. This will help me accurately determine my daily calorie needs and macronutrient breakdown throughout my progress.

I've been tracking my health and fitness for years, and I'm currently using the Lose It app. While I'm aware it has features related to TDEE, I'm looking for resources specifically designed for GLP-1 users.

For context:

- Stats: Male, 37 years old, 6ft, 89.6kg
- Current Daily Maintenance: 2,681 Kcal
(Protein: 165g, Carbs: 212g, Fat: 94g)
- Goal: Establish an initial 500 calorie deficit

I'm open to hearing any recommendations or advice you might have.

Thank you,

J

I really like macrofactor for tracking weight changes and food. It auto adjusts your calorie needs based on your weight trends and what you input so instead of guessing your TDEE it learns from your actual intake and weight changes over time, then updates your calorie target and macro recommendations automatically. Theres like a weekly check in where it adjusts your macros each week based on if you are losing, if I remember correctly.

It is a paid app though but there is a trial period. I used it for awhile but I kept missing meals and eventually stopped using it but I found it worked pretty well when I was actively inputting everything
