Where can I buy these?

Lol I'm not a total savage, I have a small stainless cutting board that I clean with lysol each day, it was on sale on amazon, picrel. I keep it in a manilla envelope with my tax docs in a filing cabinet since I have to keep peps on the dl still 🙄.
no side walls .. my stuff be rollin off and landing on my FILTHY work bench and I be like picin them up and puttin them back then, oh wait, I have to start all over again...

When I was younger and worked in a lab, we used 70% isopropyl alcohol and paper towels to clean surfaces before working on them. Easy to make or cheap to buy. Would be a good complement to your new working surface if you don’t want to use so many small wipes.

why didn't i think of that...
Rookie, lol.

I have two quarts of that.
Just build your lab already…😀
Working on it Buddy. My wife said the garage cabinet looks like a medical supply when she looked for something today. It's all in the big cabinets now I told her. She just laughs and doesn't ask how much I spend.

How clean/sterile are paper towels??? Does 70% alcohol sterilize??? Why not 99% alcohol??? Inquiring minds want to know... Askin for a friend...

Even the ones in the fast-food bathrooms are good enough. I put some of those in my pocket for the home lab, along with the filtered water from McDonald's.

But seriously, I am using the metal/medical trays now instead of using paper towels as a work surface.

For cleaning, I still use paper towels, as does Peptide Test. Peptide Test uses 70% rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle:

At least for recon, I also use nitrile gloves.

I just put mine together, just totally great. I too use paper towels and 90% alcohol. I had two quarts I got a year ago. I just fill a small squirt bottle I had for something. Same kind of gloves too.

I guess the 30% water increases the time until evaporation and thus exposes the microbes for a longer time frame. So if you are using as intended, you may want to spray it and leave it for a short time to allow it to do its thing.

They look like risers, you can use them for all sorts of stuff. I like the foldable, put them away when not needed ones.
These are fixed, that's a good idea that I never thought about. All together and pretty nice. I'll grab a picture tomorrow. I'll put them on the laundry shelf when not in use.

Both 91% and 70% alcohol solutions serve as topical antiseptics rather than sterilizing agents. Among these, 70% alcohol proves more effective for disinfection because it evaporates slower, allowing sufficient time to penetrate and kill bacteria, while 91% alcohol evaporates too rapidly to achieve maximum bacterial kill.
