Should I take Jardiance with HGH?

I have had insulin resistance problems in the past and I’m currently on retatrutide. I want to incorporate HGH but the problem is it can exacerbate insulin resistance and even cause type 2 diabetes for those prone to it (such as myself, family history). My precursor to insulin resistance has been acanthosis nigricans (velvety dark skin) around my neck and groin.

Should I take Jardiance or a similar medication in combination with HGH to combat insulin resistance?

Reta is great for insuline resistance, and you already use that.
If anything, I would use Metformin. But you may not need it.

I ordered Jardiance from India about a week ago after doing a ton of research. It carries the possibility of yeast infections, but otherwise has fewer sides than Metformin, which destroys my intestines. Jardiance has better anti-aging benefits, is kinder on your liver and improves kidney function. So if you are consuming a lot of Whey Protein it’s a good idea.

Also, Glutathione can help with acanthosis nigricans.

Topical or injection glutathione?

Having taken everything mentioned here, I would be more aggressive with reta, more than anything else.

GLPs like reta are not only more effective but quicker.

You can take both Jardiance and metformin, but many people try to avoid polypharmacy.

But I can't imagine taking metformin since I already get diarrhea with too much GLP.

Assuming you are going to get a glucose monitor and gauge whether you need something for insulin sensitivity. You didn’t mention the dose of HGH you were contemplating. In any event, the glucose monitors that auto download to phone are super easy and instructive.

HGH is one of the few things listed as a direct cause:

I swear, sometimes it seems everyone who asks about HGH or tesa is a bad candidate, like they are asking for permission since they know deep down they have the most to lose. Like a former smoker with 30 pack years and a family history of cancer. Or a college student whose only issue is body image or another psychological issue.

Sermorelin is the least risky of the GH peptides.

In addition to A1C and other lab tests, fasting insulin is a marker for insulin resistance and the most important.

Calm - curious on something because I keep asking and haven’t gotten an answer. I love Reta, BPC, and TB. And HGH. So nothing against peptides at all. But these peptides or SARMs that increase HGH, evident from higher IGF I guess, don’t they have the same insulin sensitivity issues as HGH. Or is the theory that they can’t raise enough to cause that issue. I mean, I feel like even at 4iu of HGH, who knows. Whether morning reading, or after a meal with some carbs at lunch. I would monitor closely. But all these folks on the HGH type peptides or SARMs, seem to act like it doesn’t matter. I’ve read enough posts of kids crashing their test and e2 on some of this stuff, so wondering if about to read the same about the others. Or maybe now that I’ve been around the block for 30 years of researching, I’m just super paranoid and cautious.

Damn it! I want my Magic Pill and I want it now!!

It seems the same mindset as those who get botox until their face looks like a bad balloon sculpture and they still believe it makes them look better somehow.
