Should I take BPC and TB separately, or look for a blend

GLOW has done nothing for my pains or skin. But I'm looking for a fix. Mostly shoulder pain and elbow pains. Are the Wolverine blends good, or should I take the two separately?

Separately is generally better or at least more flexible. Maybe 1mg BPC and 1mg TB works best for you or maybe it is 500mcg BPC and 1mgTB. Individually you can tailor your dose. With a blend you're stuck with whatever ratio they felt was best.

Also maybe BPC starts giving sides. Well, individually you can drop one or the other but in a blend you gotta drop both.

HGH is something that may be worth considering. But HGH can increase water/fluid pressure on some nerves (as with carpal tunnel).

Other peptides for pain include KPV (as in KLOW) for inflammation and ARA-290 for nerves and inflammation.

What kind of elbow and shoulder pain?

I prefer taking them separately. I take 250mcg BPC twice a day near the trouble area. Right now I'm doing IM in the bottom of my tricep for an elbow injury. And the TB, I take 2mg subq every other day in my stomach. With the blends, you are limited in what protocol you can use. I like the freedom to tailor my dose and frequency to suit my needs.

I have a 75% slap year in the shoulder. Insurance won't cover it unless it was 50. I had two surgeries in it already about, holy shit, 30 years ago. 😳. Now i feel really old. One to open up the joint, another to debride the ends of the tendon so it would heel. Both biceps have been debrided at the elbow and I have a slight tear at the shoulder end of the bicep.
Pep background.
I'm on TRT currently, along with Reta, nad+, ipa, and tesa. I just finished 8 vials of glow70 with no response. 10 vials of ss31 then epitalon, with no response. I'll be starting a round of mots-c in the second week of January.
I hurt my shoulder reaching to far back in volleyball and serving aggravates it a bit.
So any recs on dosage, protocol, synergistic effects.. I'd appreciate it.
I'll be hunting for a vendor tonight, Jeep or J5 perhaps, depends on the cost and shipping.
Preferably a US vendor so, I don't have to wait a month.

Would the water retention increase with the water retention from Tesa?

Have you looked into KLOW yet? It could also be a bunk kit you used with the GLOW.

I plan to move to GLOW after this vial of BPC-157/TB-500. I'll take the recommended dosage of GHK-cu and supplement the BPC-157 and TB-500 with additional pins of each as I'll need larger dosages of each of them for similar injuries as yours.

its cheaper buying the blend
But is the ratio correct. I learned the expensive way that my 1:1 ipa/tesa blend is not really beneficial. So I had to buy a separate Tesa batch. So I take 700mcg of the blend in the AM, 350 ipa/350 tesa. And again at night along with 1mg tesa to give me 1.7 mg of TESA a day, which sits in the middle of the 1.5 to 2mg of tesa a day. On Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings, I become a pin cushion when I add in the Nad+ and reta. 🤔
