Vendors Ranking system based on reviews

Would moderator consider doing a ranking system for source sites and vendors. Consider going on EROIDS (gear source reviews) and copying their model. Would take a lot of guesswork out of choosing your supplier. Answers lab testing questions, order processing speed, shipping questions, compound quality, weight etc

Absolutely, positively, not.

One of the key tenets of this forum is that folks learn how to make their own informed decision of what vendors to consider using based on their own individual, unique set of circumstances including personal risk tolerance, etc.

Not only would any kind of ranking system be a disservice by encouraging people to be lazy and blindly purchase from vendors without having done any real research or vetting themselves, but more importantly any such system is susceptible to manipulation and that makes the entire thing completely untrustworthy.

There are already countless "lists" available from every corner of the internet "ranking" or "rating" various vendors (including many lists that are for sale), and the vast majority of them are either swayed by the personal biases of the authors, or outright bought and paid for by one or more vendors.

We will soon be updating and improving the reviews sections to give folks more information to consider when making the decision of which vendors to consider, but ultimately when it comes to vendors our goal is to provide information, not recommendations (and obviously exceptions apply to bad/scam vendors, low quality/unsafe products, etc.).

Finnrick will even test your vial for free to add to their website ratings. Some vendors will give a credit if you test vial through Janoshik.

Finnrick is garbage, it uses various labs of dubious qualities, and it's rating system is flawed. For example, they have a strong bias towards single vial selles. Oh, and they are definitely a pay for play business.

That's the issue with most rating systems: they might value something you don't care about, and not value something you absolutely need.

I've never understood how a vendor who puts those two as available in writing in a public place, like a forum or a discord or something where you can just walk in and read it, doesn't get raided almost immediately. It seems so risky to do, though I see it all the time.

I completely agree with zippy.
Not only that you'll find things like "random reporting" or targeted reports of batches to these websites to move results in one direction.

Example.. reporting the same batch 100x to move it closer to 99%>>...

I'd highly recommend just going through the forums and holding each vendor accountable for there actions. Positive or negative, then making an informed decision.

Batches change quite often for popular peptides and should be reviewed/tested based on your level of risk .

This is part of the scam. There is no such thing as free. The analysis by people smarter than me is that vendors are paying Finnrocks handsomely for their positive "rating" and part of those fees cover the "free" testing, with the proviso that some less than stellar test results will be peppered in to create the appearance of integrity and impartiality in their manipulated ratings.

The warehouse location thing is on the developers to do list, so we'll see something eventually.

For AAS, etc. there are plenty of other boards that cater to those products.

They seem to have good intentions from what I can see so far. From their newsletter they definitely want you to approach your vendor about signing up with them.

I also try to correlate with independent testing trends on forums as it's been brought up that a vial from same kit could have a large mass difference from a fill nozzle issue or mixed batch. It seems group testing is the most effective from cost/possible tampering with results.

That's the issue with most rating systems: they might value something you don't care about, and not value something you absolutely need.

They also give overweight vials same low score as being underweight, I prefer overweight as long as I know the exact mass on vial.
