Hello - I've been researching immunity peptides and have seen conflicting information on LL-37 results. Has anyone here taken LL-37 and what was your experience? I'm thinking of taking both LL-37 and Thymosin Alpha 1 for immune support.

Thank you!

I also am interested in LL -37. I have been researching this peptide also. Same as above would like know anyone’s experiences with it.

I would look very closely into links with Alzheimer's before considering this peptide
I’ve been doing a deeper dive into the Alzheimer’s results and it appears they injected a higher dose of LL-37 directly into the brain of the mice. Not a fair comparison on how this would really affect a human but still a risk.

“Mouse (hippocampal injection): 300 mcg/kg (0.3 mg/kg) single dose. Direct brain injection (hippocampus or ventricle) for targeted CNS effects.

A human would require systemic delivery to reach brain (challenging due to blood-brain barrier; LL-37 has poor CNS penetration).

Highly localized vs. presumed systemic in humans. Brain injections bypass barriers; systemic human dosing may achieve < 1% CNS exposure, making effective brain levels improbable at 100 mcg/day.”
