Because I have issues, I buy mira 13.5 oz insulated food thermoses, which they have now stopped making and I am devastated even though I have as many as I will need. They are wonderful; perfect cylinders with soft edges and a screw on lid, and they hold thirty vials with enough room on top to stuff some silica packs into the top, lid on, and into the bottom of my chest freezer.
They are unnecessary and also they make me feel so satisfied, my little beautifully labelled differently-colored pods with an airtight screw on and the thirty vials stored in two layers with the exact right amount of space to equal two layers and standing upright. I have three empty ones left and one that's 2/3 full of reta, because I've got my tirzep ones squared away and am VERY gradually building a reta stockpile. When I've filled the ones I have remaining, that'll be a ten year supply of reta.
Anyway, I just bought a used one on eBay, because once again, I have issues.

I swear, it's so hard being an addict! Have a food addiction, get on meds that block it hooray! Now I got a hoarding-meds addiction (tirz). Get enough meds that my addiction center says "that's enough," hooray, all done! Now I got a DIFFERENT hoarding meds addiction (reta). Then a pretty-containers-to-keep-them-in addiction. Swear to God, it's "gimmie more" all the way down.
It's hard getting to the bottom of the rabbit hole and realizing no peptide can help you now. 🐇 🐇 🐇

I lost pretty much ALL interest in alcohol when I started tirz, and I'm mad--I used to like to go out for drinks, and I wasn't even an alcoholic, THAT one skipped me!
Me too. I went out to dinner tonight and had my second beer in 4 months. But that's a good thing for me, a very good thing.

This is a debatable topic. The directions on the vial say "store" at room temperature. But most people say, after 1st puncture (which seems different than "storage" to me) to keep it in the fridge. I keep mine in the fridge, just seems logical that it would keep better. I mean, you have to keep your peptides in the there after you mix them with bac, as far as "how long does it last? That's less debatable, it lasts 28 days once punctured, but I've read many times that researchers use it for months, I've even read years (lol) without any problems. I follow the 28 day rule and toss it, I just don't want any bacteria growth which could lead to rashes at the injection site or worse. ...But since it's all research, YMMV

All good points! There's much speculation about WHY Pfizer's directions are to store at room temperature, but no evidence that it's science-based. Another (completely unfounded) speculative explanation (of mine!) is that it's a marketing tactic to show hospital administrators that they won't need to buy and maintain refrigerators for it.

This is my only gripe with the 28 days... I only need 10mg vials (3mg, really) as I take tirz 60, but I will have to keep throwing them away and the only Hospira I can get is 30mg.
Pros - I'm still saving cash
Cons - I'm losing cash 😂

Somewhere I found and read a proper study that demonstrated some kind of degradation or other negative impact from storing BAC under refrigeration. I'll see if I can find it again and share.

Commercially available multiple-dose injectable drug products containing preservatives--atropine/phenol, lidocaine/methylparaben, cyanocobalamin/benzyl alcohol and diphenhydramine/benzethonium chloride--were divided into two groups, one to be maintained under refrigeration (5C) and the other to be maintained at room temperature (25C). In separate tests the multiple-dose vials (MDVs) were individually inoculated with the following organisms: Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, and Serratia marcescens, and cultured to establish bacterial concentrations at 0, 1, 2, 4, 8 and 24 hours. It is a 5 decade old study, but I don't know why anything would have changed. I'll stay on the hunt for the one that I'm thinking of and see if I can find it. I'll put whatever I come across here. I don't think we can have too much discourse on the subject 🙂

I saw that but, not sure that would change anything, it's the same substance. Like you said, it would be nice to see some corroborating data.
In the mean time, I just opened and mixed vial of Cagri this afternoon, left the Bac in the cupboard 🙂
