How are you taking Glutathione?

I ordered 1500mg vials that came yesterday and they are in 10mL vials. I asked the seller and they said to reconstitute with 5-7.5mL of BAC. I plan to dose 500mg every other day. With 6mL that’s 2mL a day. I was really hoping to keep it below 1mL but from what I read it’s too thick when you do that. So how do I do it? 2x 1mL pokes?

Is it possible to convert the powder to use sublingually?

It’s not that thick if you reconstitute with Bacteriostatic water rather than ascorbic acid. Unless you didn’t get pharma grade and it full of fillers, you will not have any trouble pulling or pushing it.

I guess more of my question is volume. Do you think I will be able to reconstitute with 3mL? Everything I’m reading says injecting more than 1mL can have a lot of discomfort.

Are you planning to inject subcutaneous or IM? For IM it would definitely be fine. If you go subcutaneous, there is less blood flow so I could understand the viscosity giving some folks a little discomfort. If you are going to go subcutaneous, I recommend a 30g, 1/2 inch syringe so you get it a little deeper.

If you do a side by side of a vial of 600mg Glutathione and a 1200mg vial, you can barely notice a difference.

I think you will be fine.

I use 1200 mg vials. I recon with 3ml vitamin c and 3ml sterile water. To get 100 mg dose I inject 50 units daily. When I first started using it I reconstituted it to be much more concentrated and it stung like crazy sub q. I think they recommend more bac so it is less painful. When injecting sub q go as deep as you can to avoid the sting.

I’m using up 600 mg vials before switching ton1500’s. The 600’s recon just fine with 1 ml BAC and I’m injecting the whole vial SQ at once with a 31g 1/2” 1ml insulin syringe. No discomfort.

Will switch from 600 mg to 500 mg soon. Recon 1500 w/ 3ml, pin 1ml 3x/wk.

Thanks for the info everyone. I just reconned with 3mL and took out 1mL and jabbed. My leg was sore for a little but overall not nearly as bad as everyone was making it out to be. Appreciate the help!

Hello everyone,
how is glutathione dosed? Does it make sense to inject it daily possibly 100mcg daily or is that too high a dose?

I personally doubt 100 mcg would provide noticeable results. I did an induction phase of 1200 mg for 5 days (Monday-Friday), then went to maintenance of 600 mg M-W-F. I’m almost out of 600 mg kits, so I’ll be using 1500 mg and reducing dose to 500 mg 3 times weekly.

Doing 400 mg MWF SubQ, reconnecting 2400mg with 3ml Gluta-water. puffy for a day then it's fine.

200mg (1mL) every 3 days, IM, vastus lateralis. That muscle can easily take 2mL when done slowly. You'll be ok with that volume IM. You could split it into two 1mLs, but the diffusion is speedy IM so it's unnecessary.

The first and second time you go IM, it's definitely sweaty palms scary. That makes it even scarier because then you have slippery hands, and the pace of plunger depression is sooooo slow. 😆

Curious where you are getting the 2400 mg vials from?
Any number of domestic vendors, who mostly supply medspas, sell 2400 mg vials. They’re intended for recon with 250 ml saline for a weekly IV drip - keeps you paying those “wellness” storefront outrageous prices.

To spice it up, you can bundle with 1000 mg ampoule of vitamin C.

Given that the recommended max concentration of reconned glutathione is 300 mg/ml (which I routinely violate with no sides), and that it supposedly degrades fairly quickly (compared to GLPs) so should be used within a few days, I’m not sure 2400 mg vials are something I would be interested in. 1500 mg is fine. And easier and cheaper to source.

If you still want 2400 mg vials, suggest Indian or Korean online pharmaceutical sites for affordable options.

It's Prost Pharma and was $95 a kit. If I see it again I'll let you know.
We do MWF so a vial only lasts 5 days.
I'll probably get the pink cap 1200mg Korean going forward, more manageable and pricing is the same.

Supposedly, the Luthione brand is the one used in South Korean hospitals.

GB3Vault (aka GBBB) has in-stock Luthione 1200mg for $65 a kit, including UPS shipping. But I will mostly just use oral NAC after my current kit of gluta.

anyone pinning glutathione using a auto pen?
Some people do it. But I would use a longer needle than the 4 mm, the longer the better (as with deep subq).

I prefer IM for gluta. I don't like subq for it due some bad ISRs sometimes. Side hip area (below love handles) was fine though for subq, the one time I tried it.

Can I hijack this post with a question of my own (I can’t create thread questions yet)
I ordered a bottle of Glut locally to try before I go crazy on ordering kits through a vendor. Came on here to see how people are reconning/dosing etc. but now I’m confused - it seems the average size people are getting is vials of 500-600mg? The one I ordered (as per the photo) says 200mg glut, 200mg ascorbic acid, 2.5mg zinc. So did I basically ordered a vial that will only last me two days/injections?

Is this from a compounding pharmacy? If so, how many mL is the ready-for-injection vial?

From one website: "It is recommended to take 1 ml of Tri-Immune Boost up to twice a week."

Oop my bad, the package just arrived and yes it is ready-for-injection. 1ml, that’s helpful, thank you! My other products are the usual freeze dried powder, it’s just this one that’s liquid already.

Most people’s single dose is 500-600mcg. So what you have is likely 1/3 of a single dose for most people

I didn’t want to start a new thread since this one is pretty recent - but if I did, here would be the heading:

GLUTATHIONE - one ginger’s testimonial

I was inspired by AndyPanda’s experiences and his sage advice posted here a while back. Got myself some Chinese pharma 600 and 1500 mg kits. Read up on recon and dosing. And prepped the RS mentally for IM (this was before test and cerebro pins, now IM is <yawn> routine.

I’ve been pinning 150 mg daily for about a year. I am a Medicare eligible male, extremely pale with a healthy respect for the sun’s ability to mess with my quality of life, potentially sidelining me for days with debilitating sunburn. So I am careful. I see my dermatologist (specialty melanoma) twice a year for routine screening. He’s always freezing something with that can of liquid nitro!

Just saw him a couple of weeks ago. He asked me if we went to Florida this year - yes, total of two months between January and early April - then said “your skin looks great. I don’t see pale folks your age improving. What are you doing?” I leveled with him. “Daily glutathione injections.” He floored me then - “we love glutathione! Keep doing what you’re doing.” He also recommended large doses of Vitamin B3 (niacin) - apparently recent study shows 30% decrease in melanoma incidence for patients taking 300 mg of niacin.

This provided a second opening: “well, I also inject 100 mg of NAD 3 times a week.” He was startled for a moment, then recovered and said “well, since B3 converts to NAD (the bioactive agent), I’d say you’re just cutting out the middleman!”

This is only the second time a “mainstream” MD was enthusiastic about my research. And it was pretty darn empowering.

(Oh, and he couldn’t find anything to freeze, either. Lol)
