Loose skin prevention? GLOW? KLOW?

There are so many of us on klow because of the skin thing. None of us know whether it's actually doing anything, because we don't have a clone who's also losing and is NOT on klow, and our answer to "Does it help?" is "dunno." But we don't dare stop, so the newcomers hear "maybe," and THEY buy it and then become one of us. So eventually everybody will have a freezer full of klow and no idea whether it's helping.

I'm fifty pounds down with twelve to go, and my skin looks fine. My facial skin feels thicker than it used to be in a way that is very difficult to explain and possibly imaginary.

What she said..though my skin has improved 😁I can see it and while a bit floppy and lumpy, my thighs are way better than before. The skin on my belly has become so resilient, it resists puncture, so much so it almost makes a pop when the very tiny gauge 32 needle finally goes in!
I havent been doing the weightlifting recently, so when I get that in gear Im sure everything will be greatly improved. Down 45lbs, almost 24% in about 34 wks.

I did also add the raw ghk powder dissloved in bac, to Palmers coco lotion which made my skin feel soo smooth and soft. Im sure it helps.

I'm at 230lbs down from 450lbs in two years and 60 years old. I have lots of loose skin around my belly, under my arms, and bat wings. I work out six days a week with resistance training and cardio which seems to help the most but there is only so much it can do. It still beats being fat. I just wish I would have lost the weight in my thirty's.

Placebos work for me. My copper bracelet with magnets in it is powerful stuff! 🙂

Ooh, Ima try that! I make my own lotion (it's just argan, moringa, and macadamia nut oil with BTMS-25, plant keratin, glycerine, DL-panthenol, a little bit of jeequat, a touch of fragrance, a little preservative, and water), and there's absolutely no reason not to try out ghk powder in that. And that I COULD send to my mom, cause she uses my lotion.

oh, you know what, I DO have bingo wings. I'm starting to lift to do something about that. Strong agree that it beats being fat.

oh it's so easy. Once you get the hang of lotion crafting, there stops being a reason to ever buy it, because even the finest, fanciest store-bought lotions are mostly soybean or safflower oil with a drop of argan oil in it so they can put "ARGAN OIL" on the label and lol no, I'm not putting that crap on my skin because you thought you could market me into it. I'll post my own recipe in the off-topic section.

I was looking into KLOW, but my skin in that stretched and that wiggly that I dont think anything other than a 360 body lift will help.
Two c-sections with a tummy flap, bat wings and my boobs don't know which way theyre going when I'm lay down anymore 😂😂 I'm pretty sure if I jumped from a great height, I would fly just by opening my arms 😂🤦🏻‍♀️

Topicals do require a lot of consistency, which is unfortunate, haha.

For topical GHK-Cu:

Google Gemini said:
GHK-Cu is famously finicky. If your topical is mixed with Vitamin C, AHAs, or high-acid formulas, the copper ion can "detach" from the peptide, rendering it useless.

unfortunately I just used what I had left. I also added it to hyaluronic acid serum from the ordinary.. There is a recommended 1-2% ratio, so
if you have a scale that can tare, you can figure out what that would be compared to the weight
of lotion. If its a new container of lotion you may want to remove some first, as mixing is tricky when full. the powder works best dissolved in a little water, I used bac.

I just want to make a basic topical GHK-CU lotion, so I got a kit of straight GHK-CU 100 mg and a couple bottles of The Ordinary HA 2%. Someone in my group said to just mix one vial with one of the bottles of The Ordinary and that will work just fine. Another person chimed in and said that will be weak AF and a waste of both, and that I needed a GRAM of raw GHK-CU and to mix that up with The Ordinary. I don't see how that will turn into anything but blue cement. Which one is correct and what is the best thing I should do with those two ingredients, or is it all a waste of time and peptides?

I would calculate the 1-2% of volume of the HA and then weigh out that much. If you dont have a scale, then try to guesstimate by volume visually, use a ruler? mark it out in dashes on outside of the ghk container, then add slowly, checking the new volume by marks.. erring on the lower amount added side. the serum should not be very dark.
If you do too much, you may get irritation or a worse reaction. AKA copper uglies..look that up! better safe than sorry.

That sounds doable. So I'm shooting for a concentration of 1-2% HA to 100 mg GHK-CU by volume. And not very dark meaning a light sky blue color? Or more like the webpage border here on the right ======>>>>

I read about the copper uglies. I thought that could happen even at low concentration when starting and goes away after continued use? Topical is new territory for me.

go by the numbers and see what that looks like, color can vary by ambient light sources so not a good indicator.
