The last thread on peptides that didn't work had some interesting patterns.

I think it would be interesting to hear the opposite:
What peptide actually worked for you?
What did you notice and how long did it take?

For me, I noticed results from reta within the first week and I have been steadily losing weight

Reta, bpc 157, kpv, and although not a peptide, and contrary to popular belief, 5 amino 1 mq.

How i did 5A1MQ was 5mg daily sub q. This gave me noticeable results in my physique. This was done every day after waking up fasted and then would not eat for another 4-5hrs after injection. I only eat during a 6 hrs window and then fast for 18hrs before eating again. Not saying this is for everyone its just what works for me.

Tirz and Reta, obviously. Not much with CJC-1295/Ipamorelin or Wolverine.

GHK-Cu sub made a difference to my scaly white ass legs.

I added GHK-Cu to some amazon Hyaluronic Acid Serum and that had INCREDIBLE results! Get a basic Hyaluronic Acid Serum from amazon. I got Good Molecules. I added the equivalent of 2% GHK-CU (from my subc vial) to the serum and swirled it around and it turned a clear faint blue color. Used twice a day has made a huge difference. I did it for fun and it actually worked.

I keep saying I am going to try this! I have to remember to pick some up in my next order!

Reta, SS-31 had positive effects for me. I have not yet tried KLOW or tesa. Will plan it once I am done with reta and SS-31-NAD-mots-c cycle.
Can I ask what your dosing was for the SS-31 and what effects it had for you? I’m looking to start myself and I’ve seen so many different dosing protocols and lots of people basically saying they didn’t notice it but hoped it was working in the background

I ordered so much GHK-Cu, arriving tomorrow lol, I’m def gonna try this

Also wanted to ask about your dosing of Epitalon and what effects you noticed? That’s another one on my to-do list lol
I made a nasal spray and reconstituted to 500 mcg per spray for a dose of 1mg. I ran it for 20 days. I'm in my late 60s, had couple TBIs, and brain fog from COVID, so I am a prime candidate for it. I posted my reconstitution process here:

Post in thread 'Selank + Semax--nasal? Effects?' https://glp1forum.com/threads/selank-semax-nasal-effects.9077/post-103166

People here have posted that they are using the smaller 5 ml saline ampules and that's an improvement.

I think it helped me. I noticed my vision improved with brighter colors and sharper definition while I was on it although I'm either used to it now or it faded. The brain fog is greatly reduced and I just feel sharper.

Some people say they don't get much effect from it, but they might not be old and brain damaged enough, as I am, to benefit. For my next cycle, in 4 months, I'm going use it via SQ. I plan on 3 cycles a year going forward.

Edit:typo

How was semax? Was it administered intranasaly or subq? Want to try this next.
Yes, IN. I love Semax. I like it so much I got NA Semax Amidate for my next cycle. If I could use it every day I would, but you need a washout period for your BDNF receptors. I made the spray the same way (above) as I did for Epitalon and Selank.

this might be a dumb question but you filter it still for nasal spray right?

I am following this protocol to the dot. So it is NAD+ + SS-31. Yet to start on mots C. So far its been good.

I have also done this some la rosche posay face cream and I can definitely tell a difference on my face. It feels so smooth. I have some ahk coming that I’ll be mixing with HA for my hairline.

To add to OP. KLOW and Reta have been great for me.

What is the difference between semax and NA semax Amidate? Are the safety profile still the same?

The safety profile is the same. The acetylation and amidation enhancements make it more bioavailable and increase the half-life so the effects are somewhat stronger, due to better absorption, and make it last longer. From my favorite peptide reference: https://pep-pedia.org/peptides/na-semax-amidate If you're a fan of Semax, this is even better and you can use less.

Reta of course is a game changer! From week 1 I could feel it working and have been steadily losing weight.

I also really took well to MOTS-C. Lots of energy and just felt overall better about a week into the first cycle. Now that I'm on my 3rd cycle the effects aren't nearly as prominent, but I still feel better while taking it.

Other than that, Tesa/Ipa has been a good combo for me. My sleep has greatly improved and my post workout recovery has gotten faster. And to top it off, My visceral fat is dropping again. Went from an index of 19 to 11 on reta (combined with diet and exercise of course), was at 11 for quite a few months. Then after adding Tesa/Ipa for a while, I'm now down to 8.

Do you find the improved energy lasts past the end of the cycle?

I ask because MOTS-C is supposed to facilitate mitochondrial biogenesis and improve metabolic health, which seems to imply the effects stay as long as you don't mess it up again with poor diet or whatever.

I've got a kit on ice and wondering what to expect when I get around to it.

Is Mots-C one of the peps that might sting when injecting SQ?

Yeah, it seems to be permanent. I think that's why the noticeable changes lessen each cycle. The first one felt like I was becoming a superhuman. Now it's just like, meh. I think I'm reaching my peak mitochondrial health. But I feel overall healthier because of a multitude of lifestyle changes, (diet, exercise, supplements, peptides, etc.) so It's hard to know where the credit should go for that.

I think that the three GLP1s have a proven track record. We know they work. So I'll skip them.

KLOW for healing, I am absolutely in less pain since I started using it. I can't say which element of this compound did the trick, but I don't care. It was worth the money and I have plenty of it remaining. My back pain is completely gone and the pain in my knees is greatly reduced. While I'm sure that losing weight has helped .. I don't think that I've lost enough for it to be this successful this quickly.

NAD+ for sleep. I have a long history of insomnia and taking this has given me better sleep. I started taking as a part of the NAD+, SS-31 and MOTS-C protocol. I have no idea if it is helping my mitochondria or not. I can't say if this is going to help everyone with insomnia or if it will improve the sleep quality of people who don't have insomnia .. all I can say for certain is that it has helped me.
