Hi all, quick question, please redirect if this belongs elsewhere.

I’m looking to order cosmeceuticals (not peptides) from a pharmacy/manufacturer in India.

Do Indian suppliers generally follow the same good faith, reputation based practices as established Chinese suppliers, especially when it comes to reships or accountability if a package is seized?

I’m familiar with gray market norms, just new to ordering from India specifically. Any insight appreciated.

In general, Chinese vendors (at least the ones mentioned here) are far more reliable than Indian vendors, which are more of a mixed bag.

There's an Indian vendor on Meso called PCT 24X7 that does a free reship and has great reviews there. Otherwise, many Indian vendors will only do a 50 percent discount, and you have to pay again for shipping.

And some vendors on IndiaMart may never ship in the first place. Some obvious red flags are having less reviews than the competition, low ratings, selling things way to cheaply compared to other sellers on IndiaMart, and selling things not available in India (like reta from Peptide Sciences).

The only vendor in India I have used is Kawal at DMOnlineMeds, which is reliable for actually shipping. But some people here have had packages seized, requiring putting up another 50 percent plus shipping fees.

Plus Kawal passes Clomiphene off as Enclomiphene so there's that too.

Yes, it seems all the Indian vendors do that, unfortunately, with the packaging as such from small manufacturers. And enclo is not available from the large India pharma companies.

The Chinese vendors are better for peptides and "oil based" products (steroids). The underground Indian steroids do not test as well as underground Chinese suppliers, generally speaking.

The Indian suppliers are better for pills, at least if coming from one of the top four or five Indian pharma companies like Sun Pharma. There are also some name brands available from India like Jardiance. Sun Pharma will be producing generic sema sooner than later:

AllDayChemist and Inhousepharmacy are reputable Indian pharmacies for some cosmeceuticals, I get Tazorac, Azaelic Acid, Estradiol there, and they have a few others. They have both been around since the early 2000's. As long as you order no more than a three-month supply, you should be fine. My packages have been inspected before but never seized, so I can't say whether they would refund ot not, but truly, the USA doesn't care about non-controlled medication substance so long as you are ordering no more than a three-month supply. If you are ordering enough to distribute in one shipment, you are at very high risk.

For things like skinboosters, vitamin c, glutathione, thiotic acid, botox, etc. I go through Korean distributers - Acecosm and Filleroutlet. I've never had anything seized from them, but they used to have a policy that they would refund if seizure happened. Now the the USA has ramped up, I don't know if they still honor that or not.

I have bought 12 tubes of Tazorac and Estrogen cream from them and have never had a problem! 12 of each in one go.

That's awesome🙂 I'm not risking it. The fda is cool with a three month supply, and the websites themselves also state that we should order no more than a three-month supply. I just don't need the hassle. I guess you could make the case that you are going through 4 tubes of estrogen and 4 tubes of taz a month 😀

I've been buying tretinoin (retin-a) from AllDayChemist for something like 15 years. They're reputable. I pay like $100 once every couple years for 6 tubes. One tube in the US with my insurance is $75. So, yeah...

I had no issues either with AllDayChemist, assuming they are the same people behind ReliableRx (which doesn't even ship from India, reducing the odds of inspection). My favorite thing at both sites was generic Voquezna for heartburn.

For just something like tret cream, Amazon telehealth/pharmacy is another option, though not as cheap probably for multiple tubes.

I only do it because they keep running out of the estrogen cream so buying 12 tubes at a time helps avoid that issue.

Some of the generic Indian Pharma companies have unsanitary conditions. I remember a couple of years ago, several people died and many many more became blind from contaminated eye drops. I remember one report saying the conditions were very unsanitary and that employees were walking around the manufacturing facility barefoot.

Here's a link to that incident: Eyedrops

The first link may be behind a paywall, so here's a second link: Killer Eyedrops

I prefer not to buy from Indian pharma unless there is no other option. Unfortunately, a lot of the time there is no other option.

I found Empagliflozin (Jardiance generic) for $68 for 100 25mg* pills at ReliableRx.
IIRC the name brand cost around $1200 for 90. 👀
* I currently cut the 25mg's in half for a better price point on the name brand.

Where I got brand name Jardiance:

I looked at that but they want an email to solicit price bids or something?
I'd prefer a straight up price point to determine if I want to do business.

Hi @RetCurious,

Good to hear that splitting the larger, 25-mg Jardiance (brand name) tablets worked out well. I will be doing the same thing.

I do also use generic tablets, even from small Indian companies. With the regular vendors vs. AllDayChemist/ReliableRx, I see it as pick your poison (more selection at IndiaMart risking seizure vs. generic from small-name Indian pharma). I have never had a package seizured yet, but I am due, lol.

At DMOnlineMeds and other IndiaMart sites, it's usually pretty close to the price stated there, like sometimes rounding up when converting to US dollars. Since 650 INR would be $7.09, maybe $7 to $8 per stripe of 10 tablets.

The bigger issue may be shipping costs (about $30 relatively flat rate) and seizure risk. In the case of seizure: 50 percent discount for reorder but full price for shipping fees. I used WhatsApp for messaging Kawal there, whose selection exceeds ReliableRx, AllDayChemist, and his own website (DMOnlineMeds).

My new order is with an IndiaMart vendor called Beyond Care. I found them last year but haven't bought from until today. Over 1,000 reviews (and one good mention at Meso and a few on Reddit):

Total was $100 ($65 for 25-mg Jardiance tablets plus $35 shipping).

The quote from Beyond Care (reship policy is 50 percent discount):

Another Indian vendor is pct24x7. He is popular on Meso and provides full reship. But I don't know if he has the brand name for Jardiance. I think his shipping cost is about the same, and there is no website for ordering either.

The Indian supplier at Meso called PCT24x7 (with glowing reviews there and a free reship policy) does NOT have a website at all. Their e-mail address is at Meso:

Just a heads up some low life scammers are running a website with our name PCT24x7 with .IS domain , please do not place order through that website or email mentioned on that website

Our only official email is mentioned below

I've had good experiences with and have been buying from Alldaychemist and Inhousepharmacy since like 2015. One time a package from ADC never showed up, and after a few back and forth emails they reshipped it.

Edit: My reply seemed to insert into the quoted text?
I may have misunderstood... which were you saying didn't ship from India, AllDayChemist and or ReliableRx? I can't see shipping costs until I create an account and make an order but I'm thinking seizure is my biggest concern.

Like Chinese peptides, you will want to get your Indian pharm tested. It’s not uncommon for one substance to be sold as another, or for tablets to be completely bunk. At the very least you should track vitals/bloodwork that demonstrate your body is reacting as it should when a med is what it says it is.

I guess to help with customs, ReliableRx did not ship directly from India. They shipped from Germany the second time and from some non-Indian Asian country the first time. I only ordered from them twice.

Kawal/DMOnlineMeds ships directly from India (a customs red flag). But I don't know what the other companies do.

Exactly on both counts.

Shipping was $18 with ReliableRx, and I saved 20 percent (off regular prices) using a promo code from signing up for their newsletter.

I think AllDayChemist had some slightly cheaper prices overall (which adds up) but slightly higher shipping (only $2 difference, flat rate).

For generic Jardiance, the pre-shipping prices are exactly the same:

$55 for 100 pills of 25 mg:

$45 for 100 pills of 10 mg:

$18 for shipping with ReliableRx
$20 for shipping with AllDayChemist

Pictures of the drug maker, Morepen, that makes that specific generic:

Morepen looks way better than the very small generic producers in India that have a very small footprint in a neighborhood.

But I buy brand name when available, even though the shipping is somewhat riskier. This appears to be an Indian facility of the brand-name maker of Jardiance (from LinkedIn):

My last order, I wanted to make sure that I got it, so I ordered the same items from Kawall and AllDayChemist at the same time. Kawall was a bit cheaper and has been on everything I've checked at all vendors.
The order from Kawall arrived in about 2 weeks as expected. The order from ADC took a month.

reliablerxpharmacy wants my prescription, I haven't renewed it yet... splitting the pills lasted longer than the last script. They're gonna insist on a new script, aren't they?
/Out here wilding in the streets and got tripped up with basic protocol. 😆

ReliableRx will ask for a Rx, but they don't require it. I don't know anyone who has actually submitted a prescription. When ordering last year, they called me a few days after each order, just to let me know it was on the way.
