Most Popular Kit

My Math hurts... T60... A month of 15mg in every 'jar.' Times ten months" is close but off: A 60 mg vial could last ~4 months at 15 mg/week (60 ÷ 15 = 4 weeks? Wait, no 60 mg total ÷ 15 mg/week = 4 weeks, not a month of 15 mg doses). But many recon to lower concentrations for titration (e.g., add water to make it easier to draw 2.5–15 mg doses over longer periods). Or maybe I misunderstood the question.

Well, it helped to come from Zepbound. Every single use vial has .5ml of juice. It may have 2.5mg, clear up to 15mg. But still the same liquid amount. So if I were keeping that concentration, I would recon with 2ml (4 x .5ml)
Sure, you can pin less liquid. That's your business.

The question was, 'what would you guess is the most popular kit,' that's all.

Yeah, the original Zepbound pens are fixed at 0.5 ml per dose (with varying strengths: 2.5 mg up to 15 mg in that same volume), so your recon logic makes sense if mimicking that concentration. But for compounded T60 (or TIRZ-60/T60 kits), it's almost always 60 mg total tirzepatide per vial (lyophilized powder, not pre-mixed liquid)
Sorry maybe I misunderstood .
If I personalty was starting over I would get the t60 kit around $156.00. I look like the best bang for the buck.. If I was using 60mg of tirzepatide per month the kit would last 9 months -1 for testing. tirzepatide T30 is around $100 per kit.

Ah, fair enough gotcha on the dry puck / Zepbound comparison. No lessons needed. Have a nice weekend.

When I was stockpiling, I did:
3 kits of T30, into one freezer pod
3 kits of T30, into another freezer pod
3 kits of T40, into another
3 kits of T50, into another
3 kits of T60, into another

Then I added up my total mg (with overfill), realized I'd hit about ten years worth of max dose and went "ope, time to stop."

It's looking like my maintenance dose will end up being 8 mg (it's the dose I'm currently on, and I'm a little under ten pounds from goal, and I don't expect to go up again), so it looks like maintaining my amount means buying a single kit of T-60 every year and a half.

I think the common amount per vial is less important than getting it so that a single vial does your dose and lasts as long as you're comfortable with. A t-60 would last just under eight weeks, and I'm comfortable with that, so that's the right size for me to get going forward.

A lot of people coming from compounded and used to paying around 200 a month for 60 to 72mg are gonna want those t60s, but i think that r30's seem pretty popular during all these vendor sales. My favorite is the r60, and the most fun ones ive bought was erp's? ( hpt?) T120. A monster 1200mg kit that i bought just for kicks and giggles. Ill eventually break them down into 4 30mg vials, freeze them and give them away to friends, gives me a reason to fuck around with empty vials, different syringes and labels 🤠

If you're into Tirz. Just guessing, I'd say T60. A month of 15mg in every 'jar.'
Times ten months. Also guessing, most are up to pinning 15, either weekly or?
Any thoughts? 🤔

I know when I'm browsing, I use T60 for an 'apples to apples' comparison.

I am always looking for T60, but mostly because I’m on 17mg and T30 kits wouldn’t make much sense. But if I was on a lower dose, I think T30 kits would make much more sense.

I’m stacking tirz with a low dose of sema and only bought 10mg kits of sema and see some vendors selling 30mg kits. A 30mg vial would take too long for me to go through.

I’m actually wondering how many people titrate up to maximum doses, I’m sure a lot do, but a lot probably don’t. A vendor I follow says they sold out of 3,000 kits of T30 very quickly. T30 is definitely off my radar. I do think that there is a bit of lower doses are “better” group think.

I had this experience as well, at about 7 years worth, but I'm finding I still feel compelled to buy a kit every 3ish months just to feel like I'm still in the game. I don't want to lose track of the breadcrumb trail, if that makes sense? And if I'm honest I'm likely never going to use my ASC stash, so I suppose that bumps a few years off the timeline...

Anyway, to the OP - I buy 60mg kits for myself (at 15mg) and 30mg for a family member that is probably never going up past 10mg, and she likes to split dose.

I do that too. When I see a new vendor the first thing I do is check the T60 and R30 prices. All this talk about T60s makes me want to order more!! I hoard R30s too and I have never even tried Reta!!

Since I just started and I’m dosing 2.5mg every 5 days, Mounjaro so far…. But I’m not going to pay that absurd price.

So I got 2 kits of T30 & 1xR10 on the way.

I’ll probably slowly increase my dose but I’m also going to put 30mg in a 3ml disposable cartridge and use it in insulin pens.

Given 30mg vial will last me ~8 weeks, insulin pens seem better than holding it in a vial.

Newbie question: If the T60 kit contains 60 mg of tirz then how does that last 9 months if you are taking 60 mg/month. Does the term 'kit' imply multiple vials of 60?

Yes. the kit has 10 vials at 60mg each (60x10= 600mg total). I personalty sacrifice 1 vial and have it mailed to a testing place to verify the content and purity on all my kits. This is just my personal way on satisfying my thought process. Or you can just trust that the JANOSHIK report from China is 100% real.

yes; I know that feeling. I still want to keep buying, but I know it's just (for me) a general-hoarding urge, and it wouldn't actually be good for me to indulge it. By the time I use up my stock, the glp-1 landscape will be so different, and there are other things I can spend that money on that'll bring me real joy and not just hoarder-joy.

That said, I'm still buying a kit of reta a month, but I think that'll stop soon. I've got three years at 8 mg a week (I'm not even ON reta but WHAT IF WHAT IF), but the anxiety about it that fuels it is easing off.

3,000 kits of T30 very quickly!! at around $115 ish per kit that's around 345k..... maybe I should start a second company lol...

The vendor was selling these kits at $195, so $585,000. If I did my calculations, a recent high mg dose sale of Reta from this vendor was 1,400 kits netting around $900,000. This is why most of these vendors have a hard time with accepting credit cards. Too much money. I also think a large part of the crypto is so if things go south that they can't be tracked by the payments, but I think a large part is also the large amounts of funds we're talking about here. This vendor probably has a couple hundred million in annual sales. That's tough to keep under the radar.

I wouldn't leave your day job. 😂🤣😂

Exactly this. If my brain (that tried and tried and tried to be 'good' for soooo many years and was never able to making a diet stick) needs a ridiculous hoard that I will likely never use in order to feel calm, I'm giving that to her/me. I haven't even scratched the surface of the amount of money I spent at Jenny Craig/Weight Watchers/gyms/nutritional coaches etc, etc, etc. I expect at some point my new reality will settle in and I'll quit buying more. Probably about the same time my current reflection in the mirror doesn't startle me. 😄

I do the basic t30 for pricing and how old the jano test is for comparison. Then i look at the r30 and see where were at.... pinning, yeah its 15mg tirz and 1mg sema or currently 10mg reta and 1mg sema.

I lol'd, because I really do feel this. I don't nag myself too hard about the probably-unnecessary reta hoard too hard precisely because "eh, I'm feeding my goblin of excess"

I loved Sema but hoarded two years plus each of Tirz and Reta based on all the talk. Now that I have tried them all. Sema is still my first love 🤬. I have a few 30mg Sema kits, what was I thinking?

I haven't read of many Sema fans, like this. Probably should be it's own thread. But what about Sema makes it your fav?

What's your favorite testing place? Jano seems quite expensive just a single vial test if you're not in a test group

Lost 18 pounds on my own, 106 on Sema over a year+. Tried Tirz then Reta trying to lose 30 more. I basically felt like Tirz or Reta did nothing by themselves. Currently on Reta 4mg and Sema 1mg. I may try Tesofension with Sema if this stack does not work. But have not seen many encouraging reports about Teso. So far Sema works best for my hunger, food noise, evening snacking. I may even try going above 12 mg Reta and 1mg Sema if needed to get the weight off. I'm not sure yet. Any and all suggestions are appreciated.

I started on sema. Though it stopped working for me, I had a hard time moving on. I hemmed and hawed over it. I am watching the research on max dosing.

I had some success with sema (2.4) and cagri (.25).

For now, I am 6 weeks in on tirz.

What were you thinking? You were thinking, "sema dosing protocols are going to change and I am here for it" . LOL

I personalty use Finnrisk Most of the test are free and IT does take a bit of time to get the results back. Some peptides are around $129 to $200. Testing and what people think will sway a lot in this group. For ME . I like to get a COA from the vendor then get it tested on my end. after that I compare the 2 results. But you never know. I just want to make sure I'm not getting crushed up TOP RAMA.... lol..
