Wondering how long it takes to get Reta from China to US. I’m sure it’s been discussed so I’m sorry in advance just wondering ordered Dec 27 and got tracking through UniUni and it shows as received but that’s it

Better start emailing them, or asking on TG and Discord. Normal delivery is 14-20 days for me, depending on customs and shipping method. 35 days is a red flag. You could also try 17TRACK and see if that provides more info.

Depends on the seller, where you are located, if they have warehouses in your country. Mine usually takes anywhere from 8 days to 3 weeks

UniUni is a shit shipper. I only get about half of anything shipped via UniUni. Their most recent issue is delivering my packages to another street, same house number, then arguing that it was delivered to the correct address. Get proof of delivery and make sure it went to your house. They take photos of the mailbox and the house w/number, and usually a photo of the package in front of your door. Demand proof of delivery.

Yes they suck. I hate how UniUni tends to come by at 1am Sunday morning and then just leans the package against the garage door.

Depends on the vendor and how they're setup logistically. Some have warehouses in the US that can ship quickly, so I've gotten orders in 3 days and other times with a different supplier direct from China -> Canada -> US took 16 days. I have another order with a different vendor who is shipping direct from China to US without any "layovers", so only time will tell lol.
Also with Chinese New Year, depending on when you placed your order and when that vendor is leaving for holiday, it might not ship until after the holiday (around the end of February).

I’m dealing with this now. Their logistics chain is atrocious. It landed in Vancouver (my province), sat for 2 days, then it was trucked to Ontario which is half the country away. Then it got shipped back to burnaby, which is not even 30 minutes outside Vancouver, then it said it was leaving there and shipping to the local facility near me two whole ass days ago. No updates since then. It’s a 3 hour drive from burnaby to my area. No sure how a truck can leave and not get here by now without any updates saying it stopped somewhere else along the way.
I’ll be asking if they can ship via a different courier next order because it’s already taken twice as long to get though Canada as it took to get from China to Vancouver.
