Volume of TR60 with 3mL BAC

Does anyone have an exact(ish) measurement of the volume of TR60 mixed with 3mL of BAC? Short of getting a large needle and transferring it to a new vial, how could you determine it? I've used the dose calculator site but that doesn't seem to be accurate (at least in my head). 3mL added to 60mg is not still 3mL.

The amount of Tirz in the vial is 60mg. (Unless it tested over filled or under filled). So that amount of "medicine" doesn't change. Do you have a peptide dosing calculator. You'll need to figure out how many units you'll need for each shot when adding 3ml of Bac.
 
It's almost. 1ml of BAC water is 1 gram, 3ml = 3g = 3000mg. Adding 60mg will increase the total only by 2%. There's no way to measure that accurate with insulin syringe.

Are you asking what’s the actual volume of 3 ml BAC + 60 mg tirz? It’s going to be a little more than 3 ml, but I wouldn’t worry about the difference. As you said, if you really want to know, you would have to draw it all out in a 5 ml mixing syringe and measure. Since the syringe is sterile, I don’t see why you couldn’t just re-inject it into the original vial.

If you come up with, say 3.25 ml, now you’re doing real math! At this degree of granularity, you’ll need to consider the tested overfill of the batch. If that’s even close to accurate and applicable to your vial.

I’d just stick with 60 mg, 3 ml BAC, concentration equals 20 mg/ml. Calculate using your desired dose. Jab. If you have 15-30 “extra” units at the end of the vial, bonus.

I'm betting on the total volume approximately 3.2–3.6mL

Curious how you come up with that number? I agree with earlier mentioned responses that it’s an insignificant change in volume.
 
The 60 mg of T has little to do with the total weight of visible powder in the vial. Not to mention using weight to try and calculate volume.

I did a bit of a deep dive on the volume of peptides, not for dosing accuracy, but to quantify how large a 50 year supply of 15mg/weekly dose of Tirz peptide by itself would be. The answer was roughly 90% the interior volume of a standard ping pong ball.

60mg of the actual TIrz occupies approx. 4.4 units, or .044mL in a reconstituted solution. There are binders and whatever else in the vial that take up additional volume, plus pore space, which doesn't.

So 60mg of TIrz reconstituted in 3mL would yield 3.044mL, plus the binders or whatever else is in the lyophilized puck.
 
I haven't noticed much, if any, difference in volume for various products except for NAD+ 500mg. When reconstituted with 3ml of BAC, I get about 3.3ml of total volume - can't fit it all in a 3ml cartridge
